If you are a Snowbird, we'd love to have you as our Guest. Our condo is available for the 2027 season.
Just renovated very clean, nicely appointed 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom. New Bedroom Furniture and Mattresses. Only a Few Steps to the Pool. 1.2 miles to the Beach. Parking just outside the door. Perfect for Family Vacation, Getaway with Friends, Romantic Weekend, or one of the many festivals at Gulf Shores. Just a couple blocks off Route 59 and Gulf Shores Parkway. Just a few blocks away are Lulu's, Tacky Jack's, and The Hangout. This condo is in a great location, first floor and overlooking the pool. Steps from the parking lot to the front door.
The Alabama Gulf Coast of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach have 32 miles of pristine white sand beaches. and 10 public access points. The main Gulf Shores public access beach is at the end of Highway 59 with parking, restrooms, showers, and lifeguards during the summer. The Sportsplex is 4.1 miles away.

This was our second stay here and we do no ever plan on staying anywhere else but here!! The condo is clean and roomy- convenient to beach, bait shop, Walmart, gas station, beach, pier, restaurants-

Our stay was wonderful! We didn’t want to leave. We loved being so close to the beach! There were a couple of light bulbs not working in the lamps and the upstairs neighbors were very loud through the floor. We would stay there again!

The place was amazing and we had a great time! My only complaint was the smoke detector beeped all night long!!

I am sure sorry the smoke detector was beeping. I wish you would have let the onsite Property Manager or myself know, we could have promptly replaced the batteries.

Our trip to Gulf Shores
The condo was beautiful and comfortable! Loved that it was on theground floor and very near the pool. We enjoyed our stay and hope we can visit again!

This condo was spotless.The host was very quick to answer my texts. We had one glitch getting the tv set up, but the on site manager came and helped us right away. We rented this condo to be close to the beautiful bike trails at Gulf Shores State Park, and it worked out perfectly!

Wonderful place!
We had a great stay! Nice quiet location. Close to everything you would need. Property is exactly as shown and described. Very clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again!

Holiday weekend
Was a great clean place. Was reasonably priced for a big holiday weekend stay for sure . Will definitely use this same place we go back again. Very prompt on communication with us.
