Convenient location off N. Atherton St, comfortable Townhouse minutes from campus. On bus line (N Route- Martin Street/Aaron Dr.) Access to all kitchen appliances and space in fridge. 3 Bedrooms. Sleeps up to 8 in beds. Air mattresses for extra guests available. Towels and Linens provided. 2 1/2 baths. All amenities. 2 assigned parking spaces. Great for football weekends / Graduation/ Happy Volley /Arts Fest or just spending time in the area.. self check-in w/keypad.

I stayed for a few weeks while I was between apartments and still working on research. Overall a great experience. The house is clean and well stocked. Check in/out is is simple and communication with the host is smooth. The bus runs right by and shopping/restaurants are a short drive away. 10/10 would do schoolwork here again!

Great Location for Pennsylvania Iron Man

Great location. The owner even checked to make sure everything was ok. Well stocked with snacks and toiletries!

Nice and clean

Great location, nice townhouse and clean. Only complaint is the showers had no hot water which made for a quick cold shower. Very cozy and spacious overall!

Great townhouse

Stayed with a group of friends for white out weekend. Great location! Owner emailed check in instructions and texted to make sure everything was ok at the house. So easy. Kitchen was well equipped and cabinets were labeled so everything was easy to find! Kuerig with variety of kcups was a really nice bonus!

It's a college townhouse. Perfect for game weekends, but its not the Four Seasons. Good communication, easy.

Awesome graduation weekend!!

This place was in an awesome location! John has thought of everything you might need. Every cabinet is labeled. Amenities in kitchen, bathrooms were abundant. If you forget something, don’t worry about it! Quaint backyard was adequate for 15 people. We brought some extra chairs which worked perfect. I will definitely book again when needed. Great experience!

The property was amazing and John was a great host. He was very communicative and very friendly. Also the location was in a quiet area so we were not disturbed by the rowdiness of downtown state college haha. Very accessible location for game day weekends. Overall my friends and I had a grand time staying!

Excellent accommodations. Convenient location for visiting my daughter at Penn State and going to the football game. Nice extras were provided like coffee and paper products. Lots of Penn State decor!

Great Penn State Location

Property is amazing for visits to Penn State. Close to many delicious restaurants, bowling, Sweetfrog and Penn State. The neighborhood was quiet and we slept very well. The owner was extremely nice and very responsive to messages. The Penn State decor was nice but not over done and the beds were comfortable. Thank you for a great stay and we look forward to coming back soon.

Amazing rental

Great location, easy parking, simple check in process. The place was very clean and decorated to make you feel welcome. My daughter and I definitely recommend this place and would book again!

Better than listed

Very pleased with our stay! House was extremely clean, and well organized with everything you can think of in the kitchen, bathroom and throughout! Everything is labeled so not only easy to locate things, but helped when returning to its proper place. Great PSU and seasonal decor! The location is a short drive to campus and shopping centers. Owner was very responsive & helpful.

Great place to stay

The condo was clean, beds were good, there were plenty of towels. LOVED the labels on the cupboards in the kitchen. Communication with owner was fast and easy. Nice place to stay. Thanks!

Fun Penn State Townhouse

This townhouse is all decked out in Penn State decor, and came with everything imaginable to make our stay comfortable. Very convenient location.

Convenient to Football Game

Spent weekend with my adult children. Easy access to the stadium for some epic tailgating. Unit is full of Penn State decoration and spirit. John is a great Host and very easy to communicate with. One of the most well stocked VRBOs I’ve stayed in.

Fantastic rental!

Great location, stocked kitchen (including snacks!) comfortable furniture and beds and great location! We loved our stay and the owner was awesome and made himself available for any questions if needed. We’d love to stay again!

Weekend getaway

Perfect place for a weekend getaway at PSU. Conveniently close to campus and about a 10-12$ Uber ride to downtown. House was clean with all the necessary amenities. Convenient parking right outside the door and total privacy in a very quiet neighborhood. John was very helpful and had all the necessary instructions available. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Great Place for Football Weekends!

Clean and convenient property that is perfect for a football weekend. There is plenty of parking and was only a short Uber to downtown. The host was great as well.

One of Our Favorite PSU Stays

First of all, I want to note how great of a host John is. Check-in/out was easy and when we forgot some shirts in one of the drawers after we left, John notified us and shipped them back free of charge. The house is really clean, cozy, and full of PSU spirit. The Kuerig cups, snacks, and labels in the kitchen showed a personal touch which were really appreciated. The townhouse is very accessible to downtown, campus, and the stadiums via the CataBus stop across the street and/or ridesharing service. Seriously considering booking again if we come up for another game soon.
