Cozy guest house for rent located in the Historic Bellevue Ave. Mansion district in Newport RI. My place is close to the beach, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, the comfy bed, and the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

*DISCLAIMER* Before you continue reading: we have a strict policy of how many people are staying based on the request to reserve, unfortunately we've had many instances that people say 1 or 2 guests and show up with 5+. If this is the case, please book elsewhere. We require a security deposit for this reason. PLEASE DO NOT INVITE
UNDECLARED GUEST TO PROPERTY !!
The space for rent is a cozy guest house with beautiful wooden beams across the ceiling and an upstairs loft. Beautiful cabinetry, granite, and dark cherry floors adorn this modern guest house. Pull the shades down for privacy in the evening before you settle into a clean, comfortable and well dressed queen sized bed, or, climb up the ladder to the loft space which also has twin mattress, queen mattress for other guests! The bedroom includes a closet, and has space for you to hang up your garments if need be.

Included is wifi, cable, and parking for 1 vehicle. Towels are provided for shower use but limited. If you plan on beaching it quite a bit we recommend you bring your own!

The main house is on the same property, separated by a beautiful deck. There is plenty of outdoor space to hang out and relax!

Guest access
All areas of the home are accessible for you to use: full bath, kitchen, dining area and living room. Security cameras running outdoors for your security and safety….

Cozy

Loved the patio with the quintessential New England garden. It was nice and quiet during the day and night. Good location, not far from Bellevue and Memorial intersection. If you have trouble with stairs, this property is not for you. The bathroom was small, and if you have more than 2 people, I would not recommend since you need to climb a 90 degree ladder to access the loft beds.

Perfect stay!

I highly recommend this cozy, quiet guesthouse. Location is central and easily walkable to all sights. Property was very clean, bed was comfortable with lots of pillows and extra blankets. Cozy living space with comfy couch and chair, and very adequate kitchenette. The waters, juices and snacks were a welcome touch after a long drive.Our 3 night stay was just perfect. Thanks Mia and Lisa!

Charming pace with great location and garden

We had such a lovely stay at this place, which was just blocks away from downtown Newport and tge cliff walk. . It was perfect for the two of us, as we celebrated our anniversary. Loved the way the main living areas were decorated, and appreciated the little extras that the host provided for us. It was also very easy to communicate with the owner, and she also provided recommendations for several great restaurants in the area. Would highly recommend it!

Quaint Quiet Gem

This property was absolutely perfect for our 3 day trip to Newport. Mia’s place is just lovely! It was immaculate and homey and Mia thought of everything from snacks and drinks, hot and cold, to shampoo conditioner and body wash and lotion. The outdoor space was so peaceful and just a lovely place to sit and spend time relaxing The location was nestled on a quiet side street just a couple minutes walk to the mansions and convenient to the wharfs. We could not have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back again for a longer trip.

Perfect stay for tennis

We were in town for the Hall of Fame tournament and were lucky to find this clean and cozy space close to the site. Everything inside was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed relaxing on the beautiful deck. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Everything was great. Mia is very easy to coordinate with and the location can’t get much better. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Being able to eat and hang out on the deck was a bonus. Like having another room.

Lovely Accommodation

We had a great stay in Newport with this as our home base. Clean with lots of extras and a very responsive host. Highly recommend!

Just right

This cute and quirky place was perfect for our quick stay in Newport. It was in pristine condition and stocked with many extras, like drinks and snacks, which we greatly appreciated. Wonderful to be able to walk to shops and sites.

Rainy Memorial Day Weekend…

Great place to stay even if it rains all weekend. This place is very quiet. Located on the west side of Newport near mansions and beaches. Very clean and comfortable. Cooked breakfast in the morning and went to some great restaurants for Lunch and Dinner.
