Welcome to our football season retreat. We are located on the east side of Athens which is approximately 7.2 miles from Sandford Stadium. Whether you are driving or taking Uber you are minutes away from numerous restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc.
Our 3 bed room, 2 bath retreat is located in a quiet subdivision. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with an en suite double vanity, shower, garden tub and large walk in closet. There is a full size bed in bedroom 2 and 2 twin beds in bedroom 3 which are both adjacent to the second bathroom. This open floor plan is great for socializing with everyone while cooking, eating or relaxing on the couch. The kitchen is fully equipped, bring your groceries and cook away!
Steps away is an inviting outdoor area with a back porch, spacious back yard which includes a fire pit to relax with friends and family while enjoying the ambiance of the lighting and blue tooth speakers that are connected to the lights.

Hello, my name is Kathy Stone. My husband and I purchased this house when one of our twins decided she wanted to attend the University of Georgia back in 2010. We searched high and low for the perfect little house that she could begin to live in while earning her degree. We became very fond of this town, the University and loved attending UGA football games! This home has become our football season retreat and occasional weekend getaway. When vacationing we use Vrbo and have had wonderful experiences. We have slowly been making upgrades to the home little by little and plan to continue!
