Apartment is located in the center of Tbilisi, on a main street and has attractive location for visitors. It is very comfortable, warm and stylish apartment with very easy access to all cen There are cafes, shops, restaurants, 24/7 pharmacies nearby. McDonalds and Subway are located just across the street. Fast food Domino’s Pizza and Dunkin Donuts are located under the building. “Holiday Inn” and metro station are just in 2min walking distance. The place is very quiet and safe.
You would love this apartment from the moment you step in and feel like a home. Everything is clean, new and modern. It is 70m2 apartment located on the 6th floor of the 8 floor building. The studio room combines kitchen, living and sitting areas. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for your stay: refrigerator, oven, gaz stove, all amenities, with big window over sink. Living and sitting part has a comfortable convertible sofa, flat screen TV, convertible dining table and a small coffee table. The apartment has one big bedroom with queen size double bed and walking closet with a lot of spaces, as well as cupboards and wardrobes. Bedroom has access to the nice big balcony overlooking the Kostava street and quite small street leading to metro station. You can stay safe when walking alone at night or ride on bike lane specially in evening time. Bathroom is equipped with hairdryer, shampoos, shower gels and soaps. Smoking is not allowed in the entire apartment, except balcony.
I own this apartment since 1988 and lived there more than 15 years. After renovation I started to rent it through Airbnb. I love this place and care about it because it has good spirit and nice memory for me. Hope the guests also will respect my place, get good experience and lovely stay in Tbilisi.
