Se sitúa en la Plaza Sarriegi, donde todas las mañanas se celebra el mercado tradicional de flores y verduras.
Tiene una preciosa terraza corrida que da a la plaza. Al estar orientada al sur, es muy luminosa y soleada todo el año. Ideal para desayunar, cenar o tomarse una copa en ella.
Dispone de dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y salón, muy hermosos, ambos con amplias ventanas exteriores a la terraza.
El aseo también es ideal y muy cómodo, para mayores y pequeños.

Very central location in San Sebastien

Great hosts - very helpful with checkin. Enjoyed our very private balcony with a square view! Location was perfect to visit all San Sebastián offered.

Wonderful apartment in Old Town

Very conveniently located in the heart of the Old Town. Close to the beach and great food locations. Easy to get to from the airport. Clear directions from the owner and great communications throughout stay start to finish.

Superb location, close to everything!

Superb location, great communication (from Miren) and all you need for a holiday. The apartment was also close to all the shops and restaurants and very clean - highly recommended.

Retirement

The apartment was clean and spacious. It was in old town and we could walk everywhere to see the sights. Miren was a wonderful hostess and responded very fast to any questions . We inadvertently locked ourselves out and she graciously left another set for us! We would definitely stay there again! Janice

Old San Sébastien Gem

Quaint apartment in the heart of Old San Sébastien. Well appointed on the first floor and very well located. We loved our 2 week stay in this beautiful city.

Deserves all the great reviews it has received.

Great location, but not quite as close to the beach as advertised. Check in process is a little unusual, but works. On a noisy active plaza but the apartment is reasonably quiet. Well appointed, clean and attractive space.

Comfortable and great location

We enjoyed our brief stay here and loved being able to walk all over downtown San Sebastian. The host is communicative and helpful. Parking was it's very expensive so avoid it if you can. The apartment was comfortable and clean overall, but the shower definitely needs some attention!

Great accommodations in a great location

Miren's apartment is terrific. Clean, well appointed and in a great location. It is at the edge of the Old Town and close to the beach and the newer part of the city. Pintxos bars everywhere. Miren was very helpful and prompt to respond. Highly recommend.

Fabulous apartment!

Very clean, well equipped, stylish apartment in the BEST location! You can walk easily to main sights, shops, restaurants, food market etc. Warm welcome from Mirren & Carlos who gave us good local information, and lots of recommendations of the best places to eat. Highly recommend, and would love to return! Thank you!

Beautiful San Sebastian

We really liked the location of Muriel’s apartment. We took advantage of the balcony each day of our stay. Bars/Restaurants on our doorstep literally and a few more steps to pasticeries and small food markets. Muriel answered our queries promptly.

Fabulous apartment and location

Everything you need is here. Comfy bed, washing machine, full kitchen, lots of light, quiet, walkable, and clean. Plus really nice furniture and decorations. Miren is sweet and very responsive. Does whatever it takes to make you happy.

Lovely charming apartment on the edge of old town

While getting into the flat seemed complex ultimately it wasn't. Once you have the keys it was easy. The location was on a small square on the edge of old town which can get busy but quiets down by 11pm which seemed unique compared to how busy the rest of old town was in San Sabastian. The host was great and suggested some great restaurants to go eat at and responded to all of our questions. A successful stay to a new place on our journey in Spain.

be aware of noise and scary staircase!

the location was charming but you need to know a few things: the staircase is okd and needs to be replaced; in the evening through t he wee hours of the morning the 2 restsurant/bars were very noisy every night.

Charming and stylish apartment in Donostia

Our stay went perfectly from booking, check-in though to check-out. Merin's communication was very timely and helpful. This is a great choice for visitors looking for an emersive experience in the neighborhood. Early morning street sweepers keep things tidy - be patient and be part of the community. This is an ideal location for walking and enjoying sites and dining.

A wonderful apartment in the heart of a vibrant city

My hosts couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating. The apartment is on an historic and one of the main plazas in El Parte Vieja of San Sebastian with a charming balcony. Everything is close - shops, restaurants, the public market and the plaza is a center for community activity. I highly recommend this as a place for an individual or a couple. Can't be complimentary enough.

San Sebastián perfect location

We arrived in a rain storm so finding where we were to park was tricky. But our host was able to assist us. This apartment is perfectly located. Old town area. Restaurants everywhere. Shopping is close. Magnolia Tree off the deck. Beautiful. Kitchen well stocked. Host is wonderful! Very nice and only one flight of stairs!

Treasure in San Sebastián! Wow!!!

WOW! Beautiful apartment in a perfect location! Short walk to beaches, restaurants, sights and transportation. Flower, produce and fish markets. Local Tapas bars and food of your choice. It has such a lovely neighborhood feel, we were sorry to leave. It is decorated nicely, has all the essentials anyone would need. The balcony was incredible! The host was quick to respond and so helpful with anything we needed! Wonderful family they are! We dream of returning someday!

A wonderful taste of San Sebastián.

Miren was indeed a great host. She attended to our requests promptly and was very attentive and enthusiastic. The apartment was centrally located yet still very quiet. It provided a comfortable retreat after each day’s sightseeing. The balcony was very pleasant with its beautiful magnolia trees. We cooked our evening meals in and enjoyed the apartment’s facilities. The apartment was spacious and bright. Highly recommended.

Super nice apartment in the heart of Old Town

This is one of the very best places to stay in San Sebastián. Location is perfect to anywhere you want to go. Chatter in the plaza below is wonderful! Miren has been an amazing host! We’re sorry to leave. A must try are the two restaurants just two doors down in either direction! One is became our favorite bar/pintxos and the other has the very best steak we have ever had! It’s shared as it is well over 20 oz and served with steak potatoes and salad. Everything is reasonably priced! I hope we get to come back some day!

San Sebastian Perfection

There could not have been a more perfect apartment for our stay. Miren was the most amazing host. She was very communicative and helpful, she thought of every comfort in our home away from home. The apartment was so bright, airy, perched above a vibrant plaza that always had a hum of the community that is lively and exuberant. You are right in the thick of things, but the apartment has very good soundproof doors that allow for a great nights sleep. Very peaceful. This place made our time in San Sebastian a dream!

All good , although bathroom needs a refresh. Black grout and black silicone sealer in shower. Hooks and rings need repairing/replacing. Electrical wires in bathroom need hiding. Light bulb missing over sink for vanity mirror.

Wonderful Apartment in the Centre of Pintxo Heaven

So, the location can’t be beat, enough said. This was a pleasant little apartment with everything you could ever want. All amenities as described. All appliances that we used were working well. We didn’t cook as we were in a food centre. There was an underground market just steps away if you needed it and a little corner shop even closer. Tons of little kitschy shops nearby. San Sebastián is not only a great food destination, but is also a great walking city. We loved it so much and the icing on the cake was our lovely apartment. Just don’t book it on the days that we plan to return.
