In the very well known and lovely Andalusian style Pueblo Evita hotel complex you'll find our recently refurbished one bedroom apartment on the third floor. The apartment offers a wonderful sea view, with a large 17 m2 terrace facing south. The terrace features an outside BBQ, dining table and two sun beds where you can enjoy the 300+ sunny days per year.

The apartment sleeps four with one double bed and one comfortable sofa bed (140 cm) in the living room. The living room / kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave and flat screen TV with large selection of satellite channels. Free private Wifi in the apartment

A lovely clean and well cared for apartment. With great views of the sea and in a central location for, the beach, the park and the station (everything really).The check-in was supper easy.Upon our arrival, there was a very welcome bottle of water and a bottle of white wine in the fridge (Very kind and thoughtful).The host, Stefan is a perfect host, very communicative and a true gentleman, nothing is too much trouble. I haven't got any negatives to say about this apartment. I thoroughly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

A good location, very close to all amenities, including a mercadona supermarket very close by. The apartment is very well equipped and clean. A good sized balcony with table and chairs, sun loungers and a built-in bbq. Overall, the apartment was better than we expected. I don't think the photos do it justice.Communication with the host is excellent. I definitely recommend and I will return.

We enjoyed the facility and the location. The only drawback for some might be the stairs. The communication with the owner was extremely easy and quick.

We had a beautiful 3 month stay. Perfect size 1 bdrm apartment. Washer and rack for drying.Beautiful view. Roof top is accessible even when pool is closed for the season. Club House Restaurant within the Resort opens near end of January. Yazz, Sara and staff are beyond wonderful. Woodfire Pizza, happy hour etc. Absolutely fantastic location. Close to Arroyo del Meil which has the train station which is great for going to Malaga etc.Walk towards water and you walk east towards a beautiful promenade and Marina.We will return next year!!!Stefan the owner of our unit is easy and friendly to communicate with. He often checked in and made recommendations.

Nice stay

Thanks for an excellent service and prompt replies during my five-week stay. Hilly location with stairs is perfect for a person who has no restrictions in general moving. Otherwise a nice location between the train station and the beach, Mercadona is just behind the corner.

Lovely Apartment

Had a great stay. The apartment was perfect, very clean and modern. It is up a hill and stairs but we are semi fit 50+ and managed it fine. The communication was also first class. Would definitely recommend.

Property was as described by Stefan. Apt was clean and spacious. I was in contact with Stefan on numerous occasions always a prompt reply and very helpful, an excellent host. Stefan met us at the apts to help the checkin. Would not hesitate to return.

Great holiday apartment

We have just returned from 2 weeks holiday in this apartment. It was exactly as described/photos. Good location. There are a few flights of steps to the apartment but no problem if reasonable fit. Mercadona supermarket short walk away. Great south facing large terrace with table/chairs, 2 good sun beds and large parasol. Well equipped with all that you would require. Quiet area which was great. Would have liked 2 sets of towels/ bedding as difficult to get drying depending on your weather. Good communication with Stefan. Would be happy to return.

Relaxing Break in the Sun

We have enjoyed a great ten days at this apartment and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The apartment was everything that we hoped it would be and was accurately described, we will certainly look to book again in the future. Karl and Aida were very professional, friendly and helpful. They met us as our taxi arrived at the apartment and assisted us with our cases before giving us useful information on the apartment as well as tips on the local area and places to eat and visit. We give them 100% for their service.

Stairs

Loved the apartment. But the stairs were a killer. Roof top pool rubbish, cannot move sunbeds, they are chained to shades. Bottom Pool much better but not enough sunbeds for the amount of people there. Our apartment 1432 was spitlessles

Review

I had excellent communication prior to arrival with Zarra so I knew exactly where to go upon arrival .The apartment has a great balcony with a great view .We had a minor issue with the air con but this was resolved within 12hours including a phone call from Stefan himself reassuring me that the issue would be resolved.The roof top pool is great again with fantastic views.The location is excellent with a supermarket within 2mins and the beach is a 10 minute walk .All in all a great week and would have no hesitation in booking again Many thanks Stefan Regards Steve

Incredible service

My husband and I stayed at the property for a month. I MUST start with Aida the PM. She is AMAZING and very helpful, checking in to make sure everything was ok. The service is top notch. The apartment is very comfortable, great patio with bbq and water views. Location of apartment: no elevator, 3 flight of stairs and steep walk to amazing restaurants and bars 3-5 min. It’s not a long steep walk (just a stretch). 7-10 min walk to the beach. Overall great stay!

Nice Apartment

The apartment has everything you need and is clean and comfortable. There is only a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and 15 minute walk to the beach and the promenade. The only downside was that it is at the top of a very steep hill. The apartment is on the third floor and there are only steps up to the apartment. We did not mind this too much as we were fit enough to climb them. Our flight home was not until 9.30 pm. However, Nicola rang us to say that we could stay in the apartment as long as we needed to on our last day. We really enjoyed our stay in Benalmadena and were very happy with the apartment.
