The 4,200 square foot house sleeps 17 comfortably. The top floor master bedroom has 1 King with a balcony and full private bath with walk-in shower. Next to the master bedroom is the first guest bedroom offering 1 Queen with balcony access, and a full private bath with walk-in shower. Down the hall is the second guest bedroom with 1 Queen. At the end of the hall is the third bedroom which also has 1 Queen. The fourth guest bedroom has 1 twin bunk bed, (top and bottom) and 1 separate twin bed. These two bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower combo. Just one floor down is the main living area where you will find the fifth guest bedroom with 1 Queen and full private bath with stand-alone shower. The living room offers a large, comfortable Queen sleeper sofa with a 1/2 guest bath just at the base of the stairs. On the bottom level of the home is the sixth bedroom with 1 Queen bed and 1 Queen sleeper sofa, private bath with stand-alone shower, and large flat screen TV.

At the end of a sun soaked day on the beach, there's entertainment for everyone, with flat screen TVs in every bedroom and throughout the home. Most bedrooms even offer USB wall sockets for charging your electronics without unplugging lamps or clocks! The gourmet kitchen features a large island, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Perfect for cooking delicious meals for the whole family! Spread out the cards or board games for a night of family fun at the large kitchen table or grab a drink at the wet bar and head outside to fire up the gas grill for afternoon and evening cookouts.
