This 41m², 3-room apartment is located on the 4th floor and can accommodate up to 6 people. It includes:
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm)
- One cabin room with bunk beds
- A living room with 2 single beds, 1 TV/DVD
- A kitchenette equipped with 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fondue set
- A bathroom
- A shower with toilet
The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc faces north. The ski locker is located in the residence.

This residence is ski-in/ski-out towards Montchavin. A ski bus stop is nearby and will take you to the resort's center very easily. North facing flats provide a beautiful view on the valley and Mont Blanc. Residence with lift.
The area:
La Foret area allows to come back skis on foot directly to the residence (depending on skiing level), either towards Montchavin or Les Coches resort's center. Parking areas available near the residences.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be booked in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes...
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
