New Listing Steps from the lifts, Multiple Hot tubs/Play Pool

Our mountain home is located in the newest building (Passage Point) in Center Village at Copper Mountain. This home comes with everything you could need or want to create a memorable ski vacation. Steps from Copper’s covered bridge, it only takes a minute or two to walk to the American Eagle chairlift. This condo is right in the center of Copper’s most prestigious Village with beautiful views of the aspens.

In the morning get your day started right with a hot breakfast cooked in your own kitchen; or head to Toast for breakfast/brunch and a full bar. After a day skiing, sit back and relax in one of Passage Point’s multiple hot tubs; or curl up in the condo in front of the gas fireplace.

With sleeping for 8; the master bedroom suite has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed AND a twin over twin bunk bed with a trundle, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. This Unit is upgraded with rustic flooring, Stainless Steel appliances, granite countertops, new lighting and furniture. Our condo is all about convenience and location in a rustic mountain setting, we hope you enjoy it!

Aquatic amenities will be unavailable from Sept 22-24, 2026

***Pricing is based on minimum night stays being met, typically 4 nights during the summer, 5 nights in the winter, 6 nights on holidays and peak periods and 2 nights during the off-season.

Travel insurance is encouraged for our guests.

Ski lifts typically starting turning in November and stop turning in April. Please check with the mountain operator for specific dates.

Perfect ski trip location

The condo was clean and had plenty of beds for the six of us. We really liked the layout of the condo as well. Facilities were great and the proximity to the mountain was excellent.

Yes. Welcoming. Great place. Great balcony side views. Perfect location for easy lift and center village access. Some things a little dusty so better cleaning service would be good. Lock on door broke and maintenance did a quick fix but long term fix is needed to repair the door.

Fall getaway

My husband son and I had a great week in Copper Mountain. This is our second time staying in this condo. Everything about it made our trip memorable. Check in is easy and the condo had everything we needed. We will stay here again.

Enjoyable Stay

Great place for our family to hangout. Easily accommodate 6-8 people. Awesome kitchen and views. Loved this place. Rental management were very helpful They were phenomenal. Highly recommend this place.

Nice area and lots of potential amenities available

We really enjoyed our stay. Knowing that many of the City Center restaurants, pools and attractions would be closed down due to the pandemic we knew the limitations and those being open in the future will further enhance future stays.

Thanks for taking time to leave a review. The pandemic was a bummer for all. Some businesses nearby business owners (restaurants, activity operators shops) in the village decided to stay closed, some decided to remain open. But that is obviously out of our control! Come back again when all nearby attractions are open!

Hockey camp Vacay

Stayed with another player and his family, attended a hockey camp in Vail. This location was perfect from higher priced Vail, great place to recoup from hard days, and perfect for a mini vacay! Plan to return again soon!

Fun time at Copper Mountain

The condo is very clean and nicely decorated. The parking garage made it very easy to move in and out. We hiked every day so the hot tub was awesome. The area was not as congested as the Frisco, Breckenridge & Dillon areas so we loved not fighting traffic. All in all a wonderful trip!

The listing description was very deceptive and not an accurate representation of what the condo was actually like. The listing did not mention that this unit faces I-70. Because it faces I-70, you cannot open the windows at night to sleep unless you want to hear the 18 wheelers all night. It is so unbelievably loud that sitting on the porch was not relaxing at all. Also, the porch was filthy. It looks like it has never been given a good scrub so you cannot walk out there barefoot without getting grime all over the bottom of your feet. The listing pictures show this unit to be absolutely immaculate and up-to-date. Unfortunately, this is not true at all. The beds are very old and uncomfortable, the TV and Wi-Fi were glitchy, and the furniture was very dated. The listing says that they have shampoo and conditioner but the things provided were the smallest micro sized bottles that were full of clearly water downed product. After spending a very decent amount of money to stay here, this unit was wildly disappointing. Also, the door to the unit is practically broken. You have to pull the door behind you to get it to latch--definitely doesn't make you feel secure at night while sleeping. Overall, I did not appreciate the owner's failing to mention crucial information in the listing and instead making their unit look like absolute perfection. Passage Point is the best place to stay in Center Village, but, do yourself a favor and pick a different unit.

Great Copper Ski Rental!

This was a great rental for our family! A very short walk to the American Flyer and American Eagle lifts. Very comfortable, clean updated unit. 3 hot tubs in community area. Great communication & easy check in with Sky Run.

Great updated condo

Passage Point is such a convenient location. And they have locker space so you do not have to carry your skis and snow boards all over the place. This is my second stay with this owner and will go back again if available. Always very professional and well maintained property.
