super bel emplacement pres de tout! 4 chambres fermées dont une un deuxieme lit sur la mezzanine ( cette chambhe double est moins silencieuse puisqu,elle es ouverte sur la cuisine.

Nice property itself - shaded balcony facing ocean with nice table for group of 7 to sit around. It is right across from the Gym on the beach. There is a master bedroom with own bath. Two of the bedrooms are on a jack and Jill configuration. Beds were comfortable and the premises clean. However the details were lacking. How do you turn on coffee maker? It seems like it should be intuitive but you’d press buttons to try to get it to go and then you’d give up up and ask if somebody had been “certified” on the operation of the coffee maker. Same thing with the range top. We got it to go on the first day and then no luck with our remainder of stay. No kitchen towels and no bath wash towels . You will need to pick up some paper towels and toilet paper at the super U. No idea how to lock the door. Asked Henri and day later gave instructions to raise the handle. henri is affiliated with Immo-caraibes (anse marcel). He seems like a guy that hasn’t found his niche so he is giving property management a try. A nice feature about the place is a cistern. Always nice water pressure.

Pictures of what we booked not the same

Very disappointed that the unit was incorrectly pictured. We think the owner has several units (he is a realtor) and gave us one that wasn’t the space we had reserved. Same area, great view. 5 bedrooms, only one key to pool. One house key but there was a digitally accessible hide-a-key for that. But one pool key doesn’t work for a unit with 5 bedrooms. No house info, no garbage bags and nothing said about where to take garbage (had to use restaurant dumpsters nearby). We had contacted owner on this but he never replied Only seating for 3 in living area. Moved the table out on deck inside. Power was out on the island the final night, owner did refund for that, so that was appreciated Ice maker was iced over and unusable.

Beautiful Location! Beautiful Duplex!

Thank you for letting us rent your beautiful villa. We left a blow dryer as there wasn't one when we got here. We also left a few kitchen utensils. We can tell this place has just been completely refurbished and hasn't had time to build up any of those little extras. We hope to be able to stay here again sometime as it is just fabulous!
