Updated unit with lots of amenities

Property was very clean and updated. Kitchen utensils, pots and pans, and dishes were clean and plentiful. It was very nice that the storage unit was available for beach toys and accessories. Also very convenient for lockbox access. Will stay at this unit again if we go to Sanibel.

Disappointed

Condo was not all it was pumped up to be. Sofa cushions were dirty. Ceiling in master bath was peeling. Mold in shower of hall bath. Slider in MBR wouldn’t open. Ice and water dispenser on refrigerator were not hooked up and ice trays were not supplied.

Perfect location. The place was perfect. Super nice. Really nice and comfortable furniture, furnishings, and Beds. One of the best at one of the best places

Updated Condo with Great Views

Stayed a week and enjoyed our visit. Home was updated, clean, well stocked bathrooms and had kitchen basics to cook if you wanted.

Stunning

This property is very nice. The pictures don’t do it justice. Very comfortable. It’s so nice to have closet space to put away your stuff during vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped with more than you need. Great view. Nice pool with steps to the beach. We travel to Florida once or twice a year and stay somewhere on the gulf. This property is top notch for the price.

Holiday Family Time

The property is beautiful and in the perfect location. We enjoyed the screened porch so much and watched the sunrise each morning. This was our second time in Sanibel and would definitely book this property again. Anna was fabulous and checked in on us to make sure everything was going well!

Beautiful home and beautiful location

Everything was perfect - check-in was easy, the small outdoor storage closet had everything we needed to enjoy the beach - umbrellas, comfortable chairs, toys for the kids, etc., AND the condo was ABSOLUTELY stunning! The beach was only a few feet away and had shells galore! Can't wait to go back!

Absolutely Amazing!

My husband and I absolutely loved this property. Everything about it was perfect! From the location, modern amenities, decor, beach supplies, even the small touches, the owner has thought of everything to make it a functional, comfortable and beautiful condo. The beach at the condo was great too! There are tons of shells and plenty of room to have your own space and privacy. The beach supplies at the condo were an added bonus! All you need is sunscreen. The owner provided suggestions of places to eat and things to do. This list did not disappoint. All that we were able to try were great! Our favorite places were The Shack (if you like frozen custard, this is the place to go!), Turtle's Tiki Bar and Bailey-Matthews National Shell Museum. We also loved near by attractions...Edison & Ford Winter Estates and Lover's Key State Park (make sure to ride the tram to the beach!). We will revisit Sanibel Island and will stay at this property again.

Perfection

We REALLY loved this property. This was our 8th trip to the island and this condo wins in pretty much every category. Proximity to the gulf (obviously the view as well), beautiful updates with every modern convenience, cleanliness, and amenities all were even better in person than described in the listing. Thank you for sharing your condo with our family of 4!

Beautiful condo

This was a great condo for our family of five. Being on the beach was wonderful. The designated pool for the building was not crowded. The condo was clean, well furnished, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The pullout couch was firmer but fine for a teenager. BreakAway Vacations provided good information, like recommending bug repellent in morning and at dusk to avoid no-see-um bites and good restaurant options. We enjoyed the location for a few day trips as well. Went south 2 hours to Everglades City for the 10 Thousand Islands boat tour and drive through Big Cypress Preserve, north 2 hours to Sarasota for the Mote Aquarium and Ringling Circus Museum, and into Fort Myers to shop. We loved this condo and would definitely stay here again.

Sensational Sanibel

We stay in Sanibel every year. This was by far the best property we have ever rented. Sundial is our favorite resort as well. This 3 bedroom gulf front property is gorgeous. The decor and amenities were top shelf!. Gourmet kitchen/appliances. We used them all! Second floor unit still had wonderful gulf views. Furnishings were extremely comfortable and spacious enough for the 4 of us. If we needed to use the third space as a bedroom, the second bath would have to shared. The beach equipment was fine, one chair was missing an arm though. Only 4 chairs as well. There was a small cooler and beach toys if you needed them. The location is superb. 2 minus and you are on the beach! Close to the alternate pool and Tiki bar for a quick lunch. Baileys market on site is such a plus! The only down side was there was a "governor" on the thermostat. The lowest was 70. Not a problem except every night ate 3am the unit was hot. Wondering if there was some sort of timer. Both bedrooms were so hot we all slept with the doors open and some went into the common area for relief. Would stay again for sure.

Sanibel Family Vacay

We had a great, much needed vacation!! The condo was wonderful, and met all our needs. The beach chairs and sand toys provided were a plus, and my kids enjoyed their stay!

Fabulous week at Sanibel Condo

Our family of 5 had an amazing time at this condo in Sanibel! The unit is right on the ocean and has great views of the beach. The furniture and accommodations were 1st class- many comfortable places to sit inside and on the deck while enjoying the ocean. An unexpected surprise was the storage unit just outside the condo, which had beach chairs, floaties, and umbrella and more items to have fun at the beach with. Overall we had a great week and would stay here again.

Great week on the beach

The condo is as close to the beach as you can get. Our group really enjoyed having a large place to spread out. Would book this again.
