Small haven of peace for this architect villa located in a very picturesque and very quiet area. Villa with its different levels, then swimming pool with 3 bedrooms upstairs with terrace, large living room with large wooden terrace overlooking the pool, all overlooking the sea.
Large living room kitchen with central island, extended by its covered terrace.

The villa has been classified 5 * in 2019, in the My Provence tourist guide. The Villa "La Civade" is also visible on the site of the tourist office of La Ciotat.

3 big rooms with terrace, with 2 bathrooms, one in rez of putting on and one on the floor with free-standing bath, plan doubles basins, 2 separated toilets.

Immer gern wieder!

Die Woche in Sylvies typisch französischem Haus war großartig! Ein bezaubernder Blick über den Pool auf das Meer und auf La Ciotat haben uns zu jeder Tageszeit begeistert. Sylvie ist eine offene und sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank für die netten Gespräche und das Entgegenkommen.

Fabulous stay in the south of France.

Our stay was wonderful. The house is lovely and full of French country coastal charm. The landscaping and pool were beautiful and relaxing, the view is very cool! We lounged around the pool the first day, made a BBQ feast for the whole family! The rest of the week we took day trips to the Rhone valley to tour wineries and visit Avignon, to Marseille to have the best bouillabaisse on the planet and to Nice.........amazing Nice!! We visited wineries, museums and ate delicious foods!! Sylvie knows all the best places to eat and drink in La Ciotat, she will not steer you wrong! So, rent this place and have a lovely vacation! Thank you Sylvie!! PS Close the screens at night, the mosquitos can be vicious!! And bring essentials like toilet paper, hand soap, and a hair dryer if you need one!

Urlaub zum Genießen

Wie haben eine schöne Ferienwoche in la Ciotat genossen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und bat uns genügend Platz zu 6. Vor allem die Kinder nutzten gerne den Pool, die Erwachsenen genossen die Aussicht mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Vermieter ist sehr nett und gab uns lokale Tipps. Einzig, dass eine zusätzliche Reinigungsgebühr gefordert wurde von der nichts im Expose stand bei FeWo fanden wir nicht gut.

nous avons passé un agréable séjour la maison est super bien placée un très joli cadre : on voit la mer !!! maison très bien équipée avec piscine endroit très calme sur les hauteurs de la Ciotat la propriétaire Sylvie est très sympathique et très réactive quand on a besoin de quelque chose on conseille vivement cet endroit

A delightful find, the pictures do not do this property justice. Sylvie was an excellent host, very helpful and communicative. Our dogs loved it, and the swimming pool. We will be back next year :)

Traumurlaub

Ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub, den wir nie vergessen werden. Toller Pool mit Aussicht. Sehr schöne Villa mit wunderschöner Vegetation. Sehr ruhig gelegen. La Ciotat mit dem marché nocturne zauberhaft. Bilderbuch-Calenques. Und eine sehr zuvorkommende Vermieterin.

Ein schöner Urlaub in einem schönen Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön mit einer stylischen Einrichtung. Von allen Räumen hat man einen Blick auf das Meer. Erwähnenswert sind die guten Betten: die besten, die wir je in einem Südfrankreichurlaub hatten. Vor allen Fenstern gibt es Mückennetze. Wer morgens frische Croissants zum Frühstück haben möchte, sollte ein E-Bike mitnehmen. Das Haus liegt abgeschieden und ist daher auch sehr ruhig. Ein schöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank Sylvia

Entspannter Urlaub mit Aussicht

Gepflegtes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Objekt in sehr ruhiger Lage abseits vom Trubel mit einer äußerst zugewandten Gastgeberin. Sie wohnt in der Nähe und ist jederzeit hilfsbereit. Fünf Erwachsene konnten sich gut gemeinsam, aber auch getrennt in dem Haus aufhalten. Zum Sandstrand am Besten mit dem Fahrrad fahren. Der Rückweg geht bergauf und mit Elektrobikes deutlich leichter.

Aufenthalt 20-08 bis 03-09-2022

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen 14-tägigen Urlaub in Sylvies herrlich ruhig gelegenem Haus abseits allen Trubels. Das Haus hat sehr schöne Zimmer, eine tolle überdachte fast immer schattenspendende Terrasse und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Zum Glück heizte sich der Pool durch die heißen Temperaturen gut auf, so dass wir alle unsere Freude daran hatten und Abkühlung fanden. Die Straßen zum Haus sind abenteuerlich eng ( wir haben eine Mercedes V- Klasse, ein kleineres Auto macht es etwas einfacher, auch wenn meine Familie die Fahrten rauf und runter samt Ausweichmanöver ...sehr genossen hat), aber dafür belohnt ein toller Meerblick. Wie schon früher erwähnt, wären eigene Poolhandtücher nicht schlecht, aber ich hatte unsere Strandtücher dabei. Sylvie hat uns alles perfekt erklärt und kam gleich vorbei, wenn wir was brauchten. Super erholsamer Urlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen und vor allem sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Der Pool und der Blick nach La Ciotat sind großartig und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist ebenso perfekt um Ausflüge in die schönen Orte der Umgebung zu unternehmen.

Magnificent!

Our stay was for 6 nights and we were sad to leave. The house and its location are superb, a short drive to the Med through a narrow street, but that was part of the fun. We loved the pool, the trees and definitely the sun and surrounding area! Sylvie is a fantastic host, all expectations were met. We would recommend this property to anyone!

Super Auszeit an einem wunderschönen Ort

Sylvie hat uns super herzlich empfangen und ihr wunderschönes Haus uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine bessere Betreuung der Vermieter habe ich bis jetzt nicht erlebt, die Betreuung von Sylvie war super. Sie hat uns immer geholfen und war direkt zur Stelle. Wir werden aufjedenfall nochmal dieses Haus buchen.

propriétaire charmante et très serviable. du début à la fin nous nous avons senti complètement relaxé. la piscine ainsi que le charme à l'intérieur et la situation de la villa au plein calme mais quand même avec vue sur mer, nous a fait une vacance exceptionelle qu'on va jamais oublier.

Vue magnifique et proche des calanques !

Propriété aménagée de façon moderne, avec notamment une belle cuisine avec un îlot central. Piscine agréable avec superbe vue sur la mer ! Seuls points "négatifs" : le portail électrique permettant d'accéder à la propriété est également utilisé par une autre personne qui loue une maison juste à côté; la luminosité des pièces est à améliorer (ampoules manquantes dans la salle d'eau du rez-de-chaussée et dans une des 3 chambres du 1er étage).

Week-end de l ascension au top

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille dans cette villa calme avec une magnifique vue sur le port de La Ciotat .Seul petit bémol la piscine pas assez chaude pour moi mais les jeunes en ont profité meme à 19°. Bon accueil de la propriétaire.

Cadre idéal pour des vacances entre amis ou en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 3 couples d’amis. La villa est très agréable, propre, spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée (un fer à repasser serait un plus). Nous avons bien profité de la piscine et de la magnifique vue mer. Le lieu dans les hauteurs de la Ciotat est calme et reposant (voiture indispensable). La propriétaire, Sylvie, très sympathique et disponible, nous a donné de bons conseils sur les endroits à voir / choses à faire que nous avons beaucoup appréciés. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir à l’occasion.

Traumhafte Auszeit

Wir waren mit zwei Paaren für eine Woche in dem wunderschön gelegenen Ferienhaus von Sylvie. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, und das Haus wie beschrieben sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Highlight ist eindeutig der Pool mit Blick in die Bucht von La Ciotat. Dort haben wir auch die meiste Zeit verbracht und konnten super entspannen. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen (bis auf das Grillenzirpen , an das man sich aber gewöhnt) und in La Ciotat sind mehrere Supermärkte gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wenn wir einen Verbesserungsvorschlag machen könnten, dann wäre es ein zweites Handtuch pro Person (je eins fürs Duschen und eins für an den Pool). Aber alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Urlaub dort!
