Our stay here was amazing! Alexandre was extremely responsive/helpful and the suite was extremely clean and had everything you could need! The location was the best part - a quick walk to everywhere we wanted to go. He also allowed us to check in early and stay an extra hour which was so great!

Host was very responsive to my questions. Apartment located in a very convenient location, was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Be aware that it’s located centrally so can be noisy at night but earplugs do the trick! Highly recommend!

Fabulous Experience!!

The apartment is in the perfect location for exploring Tours. It is exactly as advertised - roomy, beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and well equipped. Check in/check out was seamless. The restaurant downstairs is the best in the area and highly recommended.

This is a lovely apartment in the center of old Tours. The bed was very comfortable and it had everything for an enjoyable stay. It's central location means that there are numerous bars, cafes and restaurants at the doorstep!Alexandre the host is extremely helpful and quick to reply to any questions.However, you should be aware that as the apartment on the second floor of a beautiful old building, there is no lift and the stairs are spiral and quite steep with no handrail on the second flight. If you are travelling with small bags this shouldn't be an issue, however if you have mobility issues or have large luggage such as suitcases you should be aware.It's also worth bearing in mind that due to it's central location it can get noisy at night into the early hours - with the windows closed it's fine but on a warm night this could be a disturbance.Overall we had a very enjoyable stay here, but as we had a heavy suitcase I wanted to mention the stairs as it's not in the description.

Gorgeous apartment on Place Plumereau

The large apartment was recently remodeled and it’s very functional with a kitchen. Gorgeous decor.Just down the street from the old town Square where all the restaurants are. Two flights up a spiral staircase.

Excellent apartment

Alexandre's apartment is very comfortable and clean. It is in a perfect location, just a short walk from Place du Plumereau. It is also quiet and secure. We ate at a restaurant recommended by Alexandre and that venue was a level above most of the other Tours "eateries". We thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Nearly every aspect was perfect. As a recomendation, I would upgrade the capacity/speed of the wifi. Thanks to you we enjoyed this beautiful city that is Tours.

Good flat, shame about the stairs

Lovely Apartment. Well located, but could be noisy if you want windows open. Spiral staircase a problem if older. No allocated parking only what you can find on the street.

Comfortable stay in Tours

The property itself is lovely and in a wonderful location. However there is no mention of the fact there is a narrow spiral staircase without a handrail for part of it to access the apartment. For us it was not too much of a problem although getting two full size suitcases up there was a challenge as we are in our late sixties although very fit.

Property was great location, close to many things. Property was amazingly, despite its location!!! Host was very helpful with questions, things to see, and helping us arrange a taxi! Will stay here again!

Beautiful apartment in the best neighborhood in Tours

We loved staying here - not only was it a beautiful (and beautifully furnished) apartment, it was also in the best neighborhood in Tours, adjacent to the Place Plumereau, the most vibrant and historic square in all of Tours. Within walking distance to everything (including the Tourist office, gare, and river), it was one of the best experiences we've had in renting. Highly recommended!

Une belle expérience

En vacances pour visiter les châteaux de la Loire, nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié l’accueil d’Alexandre qui a pris le temps de nous conseiller et de nous donner des informations utiles à notre séjour. L’appartement est décoré avec goût et sa situation au coeur du Tours historique est idéale pour se balader et découvrir la ville. Une belle surprise.

Magnifique appartement et accueil irréprochable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le cœur de Tours. L’appartement est superbe et très très propre. L’accueil par Alexandre a été parfait et ponctuel. Nous avons remis les clefs à la fin du séjour à Morgane qui nous a bien conseillé pour un prochain séjour ! Je vous recommande vivement cet appartement. Ce séjour était magique, c’est tout ce que nous avions besoin en ce moment.
