It features a 23 m² living room with a sitting area, a sofa bed that converts to a double bed, a flat-screen TV, and a fully fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen. Bedroom 1: 160x200cm double bed and a walk-in closet. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (80x190cm) that can be pushed together and a walk-in closet. A bathroom with a walk-in shower. Separate toilet and storage room. Bright apartment with a large bay window opening onto a spacious 14m² balcony with patio furniture. Shops and restaurants are 50m away, and the beach is in front of the residence.
A free private parking space is available for one vehicle per apartment. Please note: no visitor parking is available. You also benefit from low-speed Wi-Fi access. A 4G router is available for rent (€40/week).
Pets are welcome at no extra charge. Baby equipment (crib and high chair) is available upon reservation and subject to availability.

Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche-Sur-Mer retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
