Actual cost for electric added for only utility bill or estimated at $3/day; additional TV/internet beyond the basic would be extra. Cleaning fee of $120-160 based on actual cost. Open parking with no fees.

Very cozy but needs updating.

Host was very nice. The price was very reasonable. This was the first time I had to open the storm shutters! The view from the balcony is amazing. I recommend replacing the old carpet and old microwave.

A little piece of Heaven

Happiness at Sand Dollar Shores

This is our third year staying in this unit and we thoroughly enjoy it. It is very comfortable and everyone we have met here is so nice.

Condo with a view

Condo could use some updating, but it was well equipped, quiet and for us the view was the best feature.

Hutchinson Island 2020 stay

Sand Dollar Shores is well maintained. Very nice pool (actually 2 pools) and great access to the beach. Being above the 4th floor, we were able to watch the sun rise over the ocean, and the sun set over the Indian River Lagoon. Our condo had everything we needed--very well stocked. Unfortunately due to COVID the schedule of activities was cancelled for the most part. There are no restaurants within walking distance which is both good and bad as it is quieter with less traffic than down the road.

Great Condo With Endless Views

This home has everything you will need for a very enjoyable stay. Kitchen is fully equipped and very clean. The most beautiful sun rises from the balcony. Pool is spotless and the beach is well kept. Would come back in a second!

Outstanding views

Loved the location! Spectacular views on both sides. Sunrises & sunsets! Though the condo is a little dated, it is comfortable & well stocked with linens, towels, dishes, appliances, etc. The owner is very helpful & accommodating & assures me that the place will be updated next year which will make it perfect! There is a lot to do within the resort itself & the surrounding area. Very friendly environment with a beautiful beach & pool. Loved every minute!

Great vacation

Very nice condo, a bit dated but everything worked fine. Owner was very nice and responsive to our questions. Buildings and grounds were very nice and staff was pleasant. Beach was lovely with good access not at all crowded. We would consider this unit for another stay in the future.
