Ocean Club South A204 is a 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse style condo located directly on New Smyrna Beach's white, sandy car free shoreline. This adorable condo is perfect for families, offering spectacular direct oceanfront views, an oceanfront balcony with outdoor seating, and charming beach themed décor throughout. Conveniently located just minutes from shopping and dining, Ocean Club South A204 combines comfort, style, and unbeatable beach access for the ultimate coastal retreat.

Upon entering your vacation getaway, you will be greeted with views of the ocean through large sliding glass doors. The open floor plan connects the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room, creating a great space to unwind after a day in the sun. The living area at Ocean Club South A204 features a queen sleeper sofa, smart TV, and plenty of space to relax. The kitchen includes granite countertops, a Keurig, standard coffee maker, crockpot, blender, and all the essentials for preparing meals. A full bath with walk in shower is also located on the main level.

Upstairs, the oceanfront primary bedroom boasts breathtaking views of the Atlantic, offering a serene place to wake up each morning. It features a comfortable king sized bed, smart TV, large dresser, and a window that perfectly frames the horizon so you can fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the surf. The second bedroom is great for kids, with a bunk bed and twin pull out, smart TV, and a full size washer and dryer. The second full bath features a tub and shower combination.

This is a perfect place for a family. The balcony was great, the pool is right below and just steps from the non drive on beach. Close to everything you need but far enough away from the busyness of Flagler Ave. the condo is older but kept up nice.

We had a amazing time! All 4 of my kids had a blast. I recommend this condo to anyone who wants to relax and unwind either the beach or in the pool! We had absolutely no issues and was able to make unforgettable memories! From inside the condo we was able to see a mother and baby dolphin swim just off shore!

Family getaway

Enjoyed a long weekend retreat with family and just a few hours from home. Beach, relaxation, cocktails and smores! Great location and cozy, clean, nicely decorated condo!

Awesome property and location!

We had an absolutely fabulous time at NSB! This property was ideal for the pool right outside and of course the beach only steps away! The property had everything we needed to stay the week. It even had a crock pot which made my day for cooking the chicken for tacos! The bedroom sizes were great (we discovered the trendall bed a couple days in- so make sure you pull that out with the bunk beds) and the sounds of the ocean and waves were fabulous to sooth you to sleep! We would definitely rent again! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

New Smyrna vacation

The beach was great, nice pool and lots of deck chairs. The condo is in a old building but that was fine. The beach weather is really tough on sliding doors, you have to be strong to open and close it. Nice view! Missed the 2 recliners that was advertised. It was great having a washer and dryer. Thankfully Fred missed us this week we had great weather!

This condo was not at all what we had expected. It had a horrible smell of smoke, pieces of the bunk bed furniture were loose or broken, the screen door was off its track, and there were rust stains in the refrigerator. For the amount of money, it was not at all what we had expected. Thankfully, the property managers were wonderful and were very understanding. This is the first time that we’ve ever had a complaint about at VRBO vacation rental. I felt bad requesting a refund, but with 3 little kids, we were not comfortable staying there. We were so lucky to be able to work with understanding property managers. They were a huge help to us

Great condo! I loved having the ocean view and having morning coffee and evening cocktail with a beautiful view. I also liked that the balcony is pool-facing so I could keep an eye on kids playing downstairs. The primary bedroom’s bed is SO comfortable! 10/10!!
