Peaceful and beautiful

This is a high quality property that is well maintained. The furniture and decor are excellent, warm and easy to figure out. There are plenty of spaces, both inside and out, to read, visit or just enjoy the peace and views. We appreciate the owners permitting us to "borrow" their space for the few days we visited Sedona.

Better than we imagined

This house meets every expectation and then some! Hiking right out the back. Magnificent views of Chapel Rock from the front- short drive to alternate hiking spots. House itself clean, decorated & fully stocked with everything we needed.

Jacuzzi Not Working

Everything was great about the property, however the Jacuzzi didn’t work other than the first night we were there. It was frustrating and one of the main attractions for the kids.

Thank you for your review. It is unfortunate to hear that the jacuzzi was not working during your stay other than the first night. As it was working prior to your arrival, we understand that issues do come up, and that is why we have a full staff on call at all times to take care of them if they come up. If we would have received a phone call about it, we would have done everything to make sure it was fixed for your stay. We hope to host you again in the future.

This place was amazing. We held our 2025 U.S. Army reunion at this VRBO rental. Spectacular views from about anywhere in the house. Massive garage, amazing back patio with hot tub, fire pit, fire table and plenty of seating.*Communication with the host was perfect. Just enough to explain the whole process, but not too much. I never had to ask any questions. I think I did well for a 1st time user of VRBO. Anyway, the guys all loved the place. Had a great time, and no drama (of course). I did have difficulty finding live football, and I never could find the Ohio State game. Nonetheless, everyone was thrilled with the house. Would highly recommend.

Thank you for choosing our home for such a special gathering. We’re thrilled the space — from the views and large garage to the hot tub and fire pit — gave everyone room to connect and enjoy the moment. We appreciate your feedback on the football access and will review our streaming options. We’d be honored to host your group again for future reunions or getaways — just reach out when you're ready.

The house was as described and clean. All appliances and special equipment had specific instructions on usage so there were no questions how to operate. Recommend this location. Out of the way but close enough to enjoy Oak Creek and Sedona

Amazing House / No Cell Service on AT&T

This house is amazing. It is as advertized. Great location, clean really nice. The only issue which was a BIG issue for me was the Wi-Fi isn't adequate at all and if you are on AT&T you will have no service. So if you intend to work like I did you will be in a tough spot. Recommend the owner invests $200 into Google Wi-Fi to help guests. Sorry that was the only complaint. House is really nice and the location is breathtaking.
