Charming, clean and quiet apartment with full kitchen, complimentary coffee/tea water/ice offered. Large patio with open Verde Valley views. This 875 sq ft basement apartment will not disappoint! Private entrance, newly built with soundproofing and it's own air system as well as an indoor fireplace.. TV, Netflix and Prime viewing available. Comfy queen bed with premium linens. Centrally located 20 minutes to Sedona, 12 minutes to Jerome, and 4 minutes to Old Town Cottonwood. Short walk to the Verde River and trails.

This is a basement apartment. The owners live above the unit. Going by the listing -- I had a different impression of what to expect then what the property really turned out to be. Never the less, it is a very nice place to stay! It's been nicely remodeled and decorated. The bed is very comfortable and it offers a full kitchen.The picture for the property advertisement is of the view from the front of the unit. It is beautiful and we saw several gorgeous sunsets!!

A perfect place to stay for a quiet and relaxing weekend. It was great to have this place to return to after a long day of hiking and exploring. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful quiet hideaway!!

I love this place!! Pam you did great!! This place was beautiful and quiet, comfy, warm and we enjoyed every minute of it!! It was my boyfriend birthday over the weekend and Pam even put up a happy birthday banner for him!! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!! Everything was clean, easy to use and they even had left a list of some of their favorites places to eat!! We ate at the Crema for breakfast, the merkin for dinner and Georgie's cafe also for breakfast. We also go a sweet visit from her cat View!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay and visit!!

Lovely apartment, would definitely stay again

Very clean and comfortable. Has a nice wood stove with supplied manufactured wood logs, just light them with a match for a nice warm and cheery ambience. There is a patio also with a pleasant view of distant mountains and comfortable seating. The apartment is well stocked with supplies and towels. The grounds are very well kept. We felt very safe in this area. Highly recommend!

Weekend in cottonwood

This property is perfect for a couple. Very well stocked and close to many areas to visit including wineries, historic cottonwood and Jerome.

Always a Pleasure!

We have stayed at Pam's place multiple times. She always comes out to greet us to say hi and make sure we are taken care of. There is a great gas stove and full fridge, so we can cook when we feel like. It's also super close to many wonderful restaurants. A pretty lake with duck and geese is just down the street and a perfect place for a stroll, and the sitting area just outside her place offers beautiful sunset views. We are always pleased with out stay!

Pam's place Cottonwood

3 Days in Cottonwood

We were touring this part of Arizona and Pam’s place was perfect for us. Very clean and comfortable. Great deck with shade and views. Full kitchen. Central location but quiet neighborhood. For a couple, I highly recommend it

Room with a view!

Cozy unit with private patio overlooking with great view of a valley and the mountains opposite. Everything feels new or almost new. Full stove with oven. Owner left ice and drinking water. The only drawback, if you are staying awhile, is the lack of washer and dryer. I hope to return when I am in the area!

The home was easy to find and had a designated parking space. The apartment was clean, attractively decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very friendly, attentive, and provided excellent suggestions for local dining options. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful property, wonderful hosts!

Cottonwood is a great location, close to Jerome, Sedona, and Prescott. We visited each of those towns, including Cottonwood/Old Cottonwoods. Great scenery in all! Pam and Paul were so attentive and full of suggestions about the area. There was a small issue with the plumbing, and they were quick to get it resolved with no inconvenience at all. They are quick to respond to their guests and so pleasant and interesting to visit with. They made our stay pleasant and made us feel like good friends. I absolutely recommend a stay with Pam and Paul if you’re looking at a stay in Cottonwood. You will be happy that you did. Thank you, Pam & Paul!

Cozy walk-out basement apartment with great view

Loved the small pot belly stove with provided logs for the chilly evenings. Very clean place with good kitchen appliances and smart tv.

Perfect hideaway

Perfect location for exploring Sedona, Cottonwood, Old Cottonwood, Jerome, Prescott etc. Only 1.5 hrs from Phoenix! Property was as described and very clean and easy to access. Bathroom is a little small, and bedroom is extremely dark in the evening as the fan light was not very bright. Overall the stay was very comfortable and we would consider staying again. Loved the Old Cottonwood area.

Mini Anniversary Vaca

Hubby and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was close to everything we wanted to see while being more peaceful than Sedona. The views, privacy and space were all great. I forgot to ask Pam the brand of bed but it was incredibly comfortable. And Pam was very nice - she left us a bottle of bubbly for our celebration :-)

Perfect, quiet and peaceful apartment!

We can’t say enough good things about this little hideaway! It had everything we needed, including a beautiful private patio overlooking the Verde valley. It was so charming and immaculate- we’ll be back!

Always a Great Stay!

Second time to stay here. Pam and Paul are wonderful! They make it east to have a great stay. Everything needed to cook our meals, beautiful views, comfy bed. Close to a charming little lake. Love it!
