New rental 2019 after total renovation of a large duplex of 2x50 m² with two terraces.
West facing the setting sun, it enjoys a panoramic and breathtaking view of Sardinia, the roofs of the Upper Town, the west coast and the interior of the country with the mountains.
Sleeping area 4th: with entry code on the third floor and internal staircase overlooking 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with beds 160x200, 2 bathrooms / showers and separate toilet.
Reduced for baggage drop.
Space day 5: air-conditioned kitchen with dining table up to 8 people overlooking south-east terrace of the Rue du Palais. Super equipped with giant single plate induction, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, glasses / dishes by 12, Bose Bluetooth radio.

Located 8 rue Longue in the heart of the historic Bonifacio area in a 14th century building next to the steeple of Ste. Marie Majeure, the duplex is particularly suitable for 3 couples wanting rooms of equivalent quality (bedding and air conditioning) or a family with 2, 3 or 4 children.
Attention: access to the duplex by Bonifacio stairs to the building's common is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
The hikes on the coast are made from the house. 20 sandy beaches are within a radius of 8 kms.

As a renter, you are entitled to the "resident parking pass" for access to three car parks, including two in the nearest Upper Town at 250m and 1 in the Navy.
