We have a strict no-pet and no-smoking policy.

A $200 fine will be assessed for anyone having a pet in the unit. You will then be asked to immediately vacate your unit or board your pet.
Smoking is not permitted in the units or on the unit balconies.

A refundable deposit of $100 is due at check-in by credit card or cash.

Minimum booking age is 21.

We charge a $50 cancel fee if we must refund a deposit to cover credit card processing fees. This policy excludes reservations booked through Airbnb.
