Ideally located in the middle of the Cliffs of Plouézec circuit, the MOULIN DE MINARD welcomes you in a spacious and bright green setting, with a breathtaking panoramic view of the bay of Saint Brieuc.

Le MOULIN DE MINARD is located by the sea, in a residence located in the countryside, without neighbors or vis-à-vis, surrounded by fields and wild moors overlooking the sea.

You will be in a property with a wooded and fenced park of one hectare where you will wake up in the morning with the song of birds.

This terrace has a garden furniture which can welcome 6 guests.

A few steps higher, you are at the entrance of the large gîte.

As in most Breton farmhouses, the rooms of this apartment are arranged lengthwise.

You are at the entrance which leads to a warm and bright living room, thanks to its 4 windows and velux windows.

On the walls, paintings on the marine theme brighten up the room nicely.

You will appreciate the elegance of this room, a place of tranquility and relaxation, with light walls, mansard ceiling with exposed beams, decoration made to emphasize that you are in Brittany, a stone's throw from the sea.

In addition to the terrace, this room is the living room par excellence during your stay.

The lounge area, with its two sofas and its very designer coffee table, has been furnished in a cozy spirit, for rest and relaxation.

On the other side of the room, there is an American kitchen which is arranged lengthwise and which is very well organized: you will feel at home!

This kitchen is well equipped. You will find induction hobs, a fridge, a freezer, a traditional oven, a microwave, an electric kettle, a toaster, a blender, a dishwasher, all the necessary dishes and utensils (stoves , pots, casseroles, etc.), etc.

A glass door provides access to the other rooms.

At the end of the corridor is the master bedroom which is fitted with a velux window on the sea side and a window with rolling shutters overlooking the park.

The mattress is recent and of hotel quality.

The master bedroom is spacious enough to accommodate your baby's bed, which the owners will provide you with free of charge.

To the left of the corridor are two small, nicely decorated bedrooms, which are ideal for children or adolescents.

They each have a 90 x 200 bed with bedside table, bedside lamp and a chest of drawers.

The bedding and mattresses are also recent and of hotel quality.

Finally, there is, on the right of the corridor, a bathroom which is cleverly arranged to give you maximum comfort in a generous space. You have at your disposal a shower equipped with massage jets, a bathroom cabinet with mirror and a solid alder vanity top as well as a sliding cupboard for storing towels.

All bath linen is provided and the thermodynamic water heater, dedicated to the large gîte, has a capacity of 270 liters which is more than enough.

Near the bathroom you will also find an independent WC.

Finally, there is, on the ground floor, the laundry room where various equipment is available to you: iron and ironing board, washing machine, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, etc.

The prices, indicated on our website, are for 1 week.

These prices are inclusive of all charges:

• Heating included (during heating period)

• Charcoal included for your barbecues
• Unlimited and free internet access
• Secure parking in the courtyard.

The tourist tax of 1 euro / per adult / per night is in addition to the rates indicated. It is collected by us and then donated to the Tourist Office.

End of stay cleaning is optional for 50 euros.
