Welcome to Phoenix III, 24230 Perdido Beach Blvd, Unit 3107, Orange Beach, AL 36561.

This is a one bedroom one bathroom condo ideal for one to 4 people right on the beach with spectacular views up and down the beach from our large balcony.
We just updated the entire condo for 2018.
We now have free wireless internet in our condo!
We just added a new fridge with ice and water on the door. Complex has outdoor grills, indoor heated pool, tennis, work-out area, hot tub and more. Walk to nearby dining, close to grocery stores and shopping. Our building has a new gym with a view of the beach while you exercise! Credit cards and PayPal accepted.

Beautiful area

Great condo. Small things we noticed...kitchen faucet leaks..several lights/light bulbs not working/tv remote batteries dead or very low. Didn't make a big difference in our stay..we enjoyed it so very much, but a minor irritation. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy the beach in comfort.

Perfect getaway

Spring break get away

Amazing property. Just big enough for me and my wife. Great view off of balcony. Close to many places to eat. Had a small drip under sink in bathroom and it was fixed promptly without intruding on our trip. Beach is clean and beautiful.

Orange Beach Spring Break 2023 Happy Happy!

Our stay in this unit was exactly as described online and as seen in pictures (Clean, newer kitchen and bath, comfortable beds and seating.) The unit is centrally located with a wonderful view of the Beach. We had no issues with anything in the unit and all starter products were provided as described in our pre-information packet. Check in was easy and it was nice to see (non intrusive) security checking the pool and workout areas for guest bands during the stay. Parking is easy and secure as well. We have stayed in the area previously and I was hesitant to stay at the larger high-rise properties but, would definitely stay in these again.

Great Escape

My husband and I enjoyed staying in this lovely condo and have already said we would like to rent it again in the future. Very comfortable and clean! Fabulous views of the sunrises while sitting on the balcony with a warm cup of coffee. Rick was so kind and great to work with as we made our plans for this vacation. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone searching for a great place to stay!

Great getaway

Great place to stay for me and the wife. I could use some blinds in the bedroom and the bathroom sink was slow draining other than that it was great.

The condo is very clean and is accurately depicted by the photos.

My overall experience renting this property was great. It is footsteps from the ocean with a beautiful beach. It is located near restaurants and shopping for your every need. I hope to come back and stay again.
