Domaine de Naudon mansion

Nestled in the heart of a forest of 22 hectares, on the edge of 2 lakes, our house of 350m2 welcomes 19 people. A swimming pool of 12m on 5 with terrace and patio, an adjoining park of one hectare are at your disposal

Our house is our main home: we want to establish a relationship of trust with our tenants.
Beautiful house of the 19th century, this house is ideal for holidays with family or friends. We can also organize receptions. Ideal place for family celebrations or small weddings.

Our location is very interesting in terms of tourism: a train station 10 minutes from the domain allows you to visit Bordeaux in peace. You arrive ST Jean station in 30-40 min following the trains. This station is in the center of Bordeaux. direct connection places Quinconces with the tram (3 stations).
You can also reach Bordeaux by car via the A10. and you have at the entrance to Bordeaux relay parks with the tram convenient and inexpensive.
Bordeaux is a beautiful city: Hausmann has left us magnificent buildings. The port has become a very friendly place.
And of course The World Wine City and for the amateurs the famous CAPC, (comtemporary art museum).

We are very close to the estuary and you reach by a beautiful corniche road to Royan, along which you will discover wonders such as the village of Talmont, Meschers, etc.
Live you are 40 minutes from Royan.

By the A10 motorway you are 1 hour from La Rochelle and 1:30 from the Ile de Ré.

You are also 1 hour from Périgord. An example is the visit of Sarlat.

By taking the ferry to Blaye, you will discover the Médoc and its prestigious castles.
Saint Savin is on the coast of Blaye and we are 5 km from the coast of Bourg. The visit of the castles is here very friendly.

the North Gironde has many atous, the sites are very varied and not anything to do with the monotony of the moors of the south of Bordeaux.

You can access the bassin d'Arcachon in 2 hours by car without the traffic jams and of course by train, very regular frequency the summer pace every 30 min.

The house is a 19th century mansion. the master was the estate manager.
it consists of:
- a kitchen of 25 m2 overlooking a large shaded terrace where it is possible to take meals.
- a dining room and a living room of 50m2.
- entrance of 12m2
- 4 bedrooms of 17m2 including 1 with shower and sink.
- a shared bathroom with the other 3 bedrooms
these rooms each have a double bed. so we can accommodate 4 couples or 8 people.
- a suite (27 m2) with 2 bedrooms with shower and sink: one of them has a double bed and a single bed; the other has a double bed so this suite contains 5 people.
- a large room of 30m2 with 1 double bed and 4 single beds for 6 people. Magic place with us for cousins !!!
- TV room with big screen and 30m2 games room

The house is surrounded by a park of 1 ha. very nice and safe but you are sure to respect the plantations.
the balloon space is quite possible in some corner of the park.

The pool is secured by walls and locked doors.
the opening of the doors is your responsibility and we forbid access to the pool to anyone who can not swim.
the children are under the responsibility of their parents.

An adult walks on half the length. the depth goes up to 2m20.

You will sign on arrival the dumps of our responsibility for the pool at the same time as the courtesy contract, because I remind you that this is our main residence.
We want the groups to be covered by a civil liability insurance that will take care of any possible deterioration.
We wish to establish with you a relationship of trust and courtesy so that you can have a great stay.
A person will manage the cleaning of the swimming pool and will be at your disposal to answer any question.

If the stay exceeds one week, a 4-hour cleaning will be mandatory, as the house is very large. Our collaborators will be able to do it: price of 100 €.
If you wish to do so, our staff will check during the stay the general state of maintenance of the house.
