Cozy townhouse 6 blocks from downtown Sandpoint. Quiet, friendly neighborhood.

This cozy 2 story townhouse sleeps 6 and has been completely updated with new carpet, paint and all new furnishings. It includes; a fully functioning kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, utensils, dishes, and wine glasses are included to make yourself feel at home. Separate dining area seats 4. A covered veranda off the dining room includes outdoor seating. and coffee table. Living room offers all new furniture including a couch, queen memory foam sleeper sofa and 50" flat screen TV with wi-fi. A half bath is on the main floor.
The two bedrooms are upstairs with individual full size bathrooms. Towels, wash cloths, body wash and shampoo, conditioner are provided.
Bedroom 1 is a master bedroom with new memory foam queen size mattress and full bathroom with tub shower.
Bedroom 2 includes a new full size memory foam mattress and a full bathroom with tub shower and a stack washer dryer. Linens, comforters, blankets and pillows are provided for all three beds.

The home is perfect for a longer stay like we had. The owner/manager, Frank is wonderful and I couldn't have asked for an easier experience while we were in town.

Wonderful Place for Sandpoint Weekend

We stayed here for a weekend and the location was perfect for us to get downtown, to the waterfront, and to The Sandpoint Festival. On a quiet street, close to everything, we appreciated the comforts of home and the proximity to maximize our weekend.

Great place to stay!

It was great place to stay. Nice quiet neighborhood. Great house perfect for families. We loved that it had 3 bathrooms at an affordable price. It's also nice to have a dishwasher, washer and dryer.

A lovely getaway in a friendly neighborhood. The home was cozy and comfortable, with a lovely patio area. Everything you need is supplied to make it feel like a home away from home. The garden is calming. The neighbors were a delight and we appreciated his stories. Thank you. We’ll be back.

Great stay at a great property. Super clean and well equipped. Quiet, family neighborhood that is close to town and nearby grocery stores. Very little required communication with Frank but when needed he was very responsive and ensured we had a nice experience in his well-maintained property. Would definitely stay here again!

Frank’s place was perfect. Just what we were looking for, close to downtown. Really clean, quiet and more space than we anticipated. Great communication with owner.

Perfect for our stay

The home was perfect for our family of 4 in town for a waedding. Location was close to downtown and the nighborhood was quiet with easy parking and access. The place was very clean and both my teen girls called it "adorable."

I have built everything from custom cabinets and furniture to houses and small boats. I currently restored Antique wooden Boats and am the proud owner and restorer of "Pondzi Scene" a 1949 Chris Craft Sedan. She is named after Lake Pend Oreille, AKA; Lake Ponderay, AKA by locals as the big POND.
