Cozy townhouse 6 blocks from downtown Sandpoint. Quiet, friendly neighborhood.

This cozy 2 story townhouse sleeps 6 and has been completely updated with new carpet, paint and all new furnishings. It includes; a fully functioning kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, utensils, dishes, and wine glasses are included to make yourself feel at home. Separate dining area seats 4. A covered veranda off the dining room includes outdoor seating. and coffee table. Living room offers all new furniture including a couch, queen memory foam sleeper sofa and 50" flat screen TV with wi-fi. A half bath is on the main floor.
The two bedrooms are upstairs with individual full size bathrooms. Towels, wash cloths, body wash and shampoo, conditioner are provided.
Bedroom 1 is a master bedroom with new memory foam queen size mattress and full bathroom with tub shower.
Bedroom 2 includes a new full size memory foam mattress and a full bathroom with tub shower and a stack washer dryer. Linens, comforters, blankets and pillows are provided for all three beds.

Wonderful Place for Sandpoint Weekend

We stayed here for a weekend and the location was perfect for us to get downtown, to the waterfront, and to The Sandpoint Festival. On a quiet street, close to everything, we appreciated the comforts of home and the proximity to maximize our weekend.

Great place to stay!

It was great place to stay. Nice quiet neighborhood. Great house perfect for families. We loved that it had 3 bathrooms at an affordable price. It's also nice to have a dishwasher, washer and dryer.

Nice place close to downtown Sandpoint

We loved the house, it was very clean and close to downtown, grocery stores and coffee shops. Perfect for our family of 4.

Wonderful

Exactly as presented in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Totally enjoyed my stay. A very reasonable price compared to others in the area. I will stay again with my group. It could comfortably fit 4 and up to 6 If 2 of them don't mind a couch.

Perfect for our stay

The home was perfect for our family of 4 in town for a waedding. Location was close to downtown and the nighborhood was quiet with easy parking and access. The place was very clean and both my teen girls called it "adorable."

Great Place

Loved this place, would return in a heart beat! Clean, new, everything you would need. Love the futon in the living room plus the other beds were great! Location was perfect too! Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Terrific Place and Location

Frank's Vrbo was very clean in a great location with all the amenities in the description. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Plus, there was ample parking on the street. Frank responded quickly from the very beginning. Sandpoint had a heat wave, and Frank was poised to add an air conditioner if we wanted it. We didn't need it. But his offer demonstrates his commitment to making visitors' stays a great experience. Highly recommended!

Annual Friends Reunion

The house was very well kept and maintained. The living room was generously set up and very comfortable for movies, games, or just socializing. The angle of the couches meant the TV wasn't the only possible attention focus. HVAC was free-standing, which meant it didn't quite keep up with the heat upstairs, but it cooled down enough by night to be comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen was decent, but definitely missing a few staple items like a 2nd skillet, etc. The host, Frankie, was responsive to any concerns that came up, which was super helpful.

I am a retired Industrial Technology teacher and master craftsman. I taught residential building construction to high school students. I built houses with kids and survived to tell the story. I have built everything from custom cabinets and furniture to houses and small boats. I currently restored Antique wooden Boats and am the proud owner and restorer of "Pondzi Scene" a 1949 Chris Craft Sedan. She is named after Lake Pend Oreille, AKA; Lake Ponderay, AKA by locals as the big POND.
