Originally from Western New York, I moved to Georgia 27 years ago to escape the snowy winters and eventually fell in love with the Athens area. I’m happy to share this wonderful place I call home.

The neighborhood is within a short walk or drive to Southeast Clarke Park. The park has a large playground for kids and a 1.5 mile nature trail. The beautiful State Botanical garden, nature trails of Lake Herrick, and UGA Intramural fields are all within minutes away. The charming town of Watkinsville is also just a short 15 minute drive from this prime location.
There is a Bus stop near entrance of subdivision. Uber and Lyft are easily accessible to and from neighborhood.
You will have access to the entire house including the garage. The neighborhood is very safe with plenty of parking in the long driveway. Outside garage light is on a motion sensor and porch light is on a timer for added safety.
