As a Texas-inspired vacation home, this place is all about outdoor fun! Heated pool, spa, cabana, and covered seating area with a fire pit. Total kitchen remodeling completed in September 2021. Everything was professionally designed for Airbnb guests. This 5 bedroom, 3 full bath home has a wonderful open floor plan which allows plenty of space for large groups. I know WiFi is important to you so I have the latest Eero Pro 500 mbps mesh system. The outdoor area is simply unbelievable! Parking for up to 5 cars in the driveway plus ample street parking. Everything is provided for you; all you need to bring are your clothes! Here is what you can expect:

The Huge Outdoor Area:
Lounge by the large pool and spa or relax in the covered cabana while your friends are playing games: ping pong, darts, corn-hole, and more. You would rather eat and sip on a cool beverage? The covered patio with plush seating includes a fire pit and the comforts of a VIP Vegas lounge. There is a 65` 4K TV that rotates 360 degrees so you can watch your favorite team play while cooling off in the pool or put on a movie and watch it with your significant other in the spa. No Texas home is complete without a BBQ and outdoor dining, of course, so there is a large gas grill so you can prepare your Texas T-Bone steaks.

Very private heated pool:
$150 per day to heat with two two-day minimum. 8 person hot tub is always free! The pool cannot be heated if the temperature is below 45 degrees during your stay.

The living area:
A spacious open floor plan allows for a great indoor-outdoor experience. The fully stocked kitchen opens up to a dining area with seating for 12, a living room with plenty of seating and a large TV for game nights, a fireplace, 2 bar areas, and a 9` shuffleboard table. Cable TV and Alexa cover all your music needs.

The sleeping:
This home will comfortably sleep up to 17 people. Don`t want to share beds? We can sleep 11 in individual beds and +1 on the cozy leather couch! All furnishing, mattresses, and bedding are new and super comfy.

Other amenities:
Washer & dryer, coffee bar, plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, iron, hairdryers, and much more.

It is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood near White Rock Lake and features 11 individual beds, TVs, ceiling fans in every room, and an incredible outdoor space. It is rare to find such a glorious and peaceful, yet fun outdoor space this close to everything!

The basic pricing is per night based on 12 guests. Each additional guest is $50 per night. This is automatically calculated when you book for the correct number of guests.
