The villa is located in the heart of the Domaine Cala Rossa, whose private beaches are within walking distance. Five spacious bedrooms are arranged on two levels. Four are double including three with private bathroom. The fourth and the fifth are equipped with bunk beds, have a separate bathroom. The dining room and the large living room overlook a kitchen in the American style. Nothing is missing to cook small good dishes. Twelve people can easily sit around the large, inviting dining room table. In the lounge in front of the traditional Corsican style fireplace, a large sofa, faces the big screen TV and HI FI and Wi-Fi equipment. The living room opens to the sea on a spacious terrace, crowned with bougainvillea, ideal space for evening meals, with a magnificent table of 12 seats. The villa, surrounded by a flower garden and exotic, has a second outdoor terrace where you can lunch or dinner pleasantly under a large umbrella. An outside staircase leads to the solarium offering a 180 ° view of Porto Vecchio bay. A magical place to contemplate the sea, or watch the starry vault before going to sleep. • The tourist tax, and the exit cleaning are included in the rental price.
• Sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels, bath mats are not included in the price of the stay and are rented at your convenience. (please specify and apply one week before your arrival). It takes 15 to 20 euros per person for the entire stay (for 1 to 2 weeks). These services are to be paid on the spot with our concierge who is also the person in charge of the keys and to welcome the tenants.
• A deposit of 1500 € is to be expected (either near the site by a CB imprint not debited), or by check or in cash on arrival with our concierge who will return it to you after your departure.
