This condo is located on the 17th floor of the Bristol Tower. This beautiful, club level, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo provides comfort and amazing views of the Gulf. You can see dolphin swiming in the Gulf and in the fall of the year, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sunset from the balcony.

This unit contains a dining set, bar and bar stools, queen sleeper sofa and 2 recliner chairs. There is a king mattress in the primary bedroom, a queen mattress in the secondary bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, and a travel crib for baby making this unit very family friendly. Each bedroom has its own private bath with a large soaking tub in the primary. There is a 1/2 bath in the foyer along with a double closet in the hallway.

A completely furnished kitchen includes a smooth top range/oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and stacked washer and dryer in the unit with lots of pots, pans and dishes. There is a large outside closet with lots of sand toys. Bring your own fishing gear and golf clubs.

Enjoy any of the four beautifully landscaped pools, baby pools, or hot tubs on the property. If you are like me, spend your days relaxing on the white sand beach reading a book, listening to the gentle waves, strolling the beach searching for that perfect shell, or just watching children play in the sand and water.

For the younger set there is fishing, shell collecting, looking for dolphin, and crabbing on the beach after dark with flashlights. There is also a tennis and basketball court and a very nice play area for the little ones.

Visit the newly remodeled Village Hideaway for casual dining. Outside at The Village Lawn you can find food trucks, live entertainment, and lawn games. The Creamery ice cream parlor is a great stop for dessert! If an elegant dining option is your preference, plan an evening at The Club House for your fine dining experience.
