Looking for a great family holiday or group of friends getaway? Then this two-bedroom apartment is just the place for you. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay, including a huge living space and lots of attractions nearby. It's also by the Las Vegas Strip.

• On-site restaurant
• On-site parking* with 4 charging stations

2-bedroom 1,020 sq ft. villa and just a block away from the Vegas Strip! You can also catch a ride to Downtown Fremont Street or Las Vegas North Outlets.

This 2-bedroom unit sleeps 4 to 6 adults. The unit includes:

• 1st Bedroom: 1 King bed
• 2nd Bedroom: 1 King bed
• Living Space: Sofa bed, cable TV, and in-room heating and air conditioning
• Kitchen: Stainless steel kitchen appliances, microwave, refrigerator, and complimentary tea and coffee
• Bathrooms: Hairdryer, towels, toiletries, and in-suite washer and dryer

There are many other amenities you’re sure to enjoy when you stay at our property, where our space is conveniently located. These include:

• 2 Fitness gyms
• Game Room: arcade-style games
• Barbecue grills

Great location just off the strip!

We really enjoyed our stay and with it being so close to most of the functions there was an easy opportunity for a regroup, refresh, quick nap or whatever in the afternoons before going back out for the night. Easy to get everywhere and right next to the new Sphere which was a great landmark.

Great Off Strip Location

The property was perfect for what we were looking for. We spent almost our entire time exploring Vegas so having a quite place to crash with 2 bathrooms and no hidden charges like the hotels was awesome.

Excellent location

The condo was perfect for myself, my husband and our friends. Clean and walking distance to just about everything or a short Uber ride. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay off the strip but close enough to walk.

Best Time

Great place to stay with family and friends. This place has it all a small market, restaurants and pools. Walk right up the strip under the high roller and you have the wall way filled with restaurants and shops so you don’t have to go far if you don’t want to. Will definitely stay again….great accommodation with a mid week vacation

Great Location right next to Sphere

It was nice to be on the resort property which made things easy. There are some additional fees I was charged at check in for being at the resort. Overall location was great and was right next to the sphere. The place had a good amount of space in it and was a good stay overall.

Perfect location with lots of space

Absolutely loved it. Close enough to walk to tons of activites on the strip, but nestled back enough to avoid the chaos and traffic. Villa was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family of 5. Swimming pools were wonderful, and our girls loved the activities center! Will definitely stay again.

Amazing location and facility

Pools and rooms were fantastic. Being so close to the Sphere was excellent. Only negative is that it says it has a free shuttle to the strip. This is not the case. Otherwise it was a perfect stay!

Great family stay

Family of 5 stayed for spring break. Our room was extremely clean but did notice some wear and tear on the property overall. Some difficulty communicating with the property but the owner was able to help rectify. Would definitely stay again!

Great family resort

The place was very nice. Very nice swimming pools. Four pools were open and one was under construction. Only a 5-10 minute walk to flamingo/linqs. I just wish there was a cvs or Walgreens or target closer. I would definitely stay again with family or friends.
