Great place close to Scottsdale

Close enough to Olde Town to enjoy nice dinners, big enough to hangout during the day with a group of friends/family and enjoy the amenities.Paul is a great host with fantastic communication. Very smooth process.

Great host, great stay

We really enjoyed this property! From the big screen TVs, to the comfortable beds, and outdoor fire pit, hot tub and corn hole, it provided a fun and comfortable stay for our family of 5. Plus, it’s centrally located and Paul was wonderfully responsive and friendly. Would stay again!

Fantastic space and great neighborhood!

This property was perfect for our family with two adult college students and a teen. Great common spaces to cook and hangout together and plenty of space to spread out inside and outside too! The hot tub was perfect for the cool desert nights, and with bedrooms on two sides gave privacy when needed! Neighborhood was safe and close to many great locations in Scottsdale! Will definitely stay here again!

Second Timers

This was our second stay in this home. Cleanliness, accommodating owners, and great amenities make this place a wonderful vacation spot. The two masters give extra privacy and the outdoor patios, pool and hot tub can't be beat. The gate around the patio to keep a toddler away from the pool is a nice touch and you can see through it so it doesn't block the lovely view. Would highly recommend!

Unique and Spaceous Home

I have only positive things to say about this vacation home. The location was perfect. There's plenty of space to host a medium-sized group. The outdoor amenities were perfect during our down time.

Great getaway for a reunion

We were three women who have know each other since elementary school and haven’t met in person in many years. It was the perfect spot to catch up - beautiful backyard with pool, hot tub and grill, plenty of space to spread out and a well-appointed kitchen. Conveniently located with easy access to all the sights, restaurants and parks

Great family spot

We stayed here with two families- it was great to have to master bedrooms. The house was well stocked and the owner was very responsive. The neighborhood was very clean and easy for us to get to multiple spring training baseball games. We would stay here again.

Great Stay!

Beautiful home in a great location. Short drive from everywhere we wanted to go. Spacious home with common areas that were perfect for our family to huddle around. Paul was also excellent, accommodating and quick to reply. Would recommend

Great central location.

Property worked great for us. 5 adults and a 19 month old. Plenty of room and amenities. Location was good for restaurants and golf. We would stay there again.

Great location

We were there with the family, two kids 12 and under. The house is in.a great location, and the host was very easy to work with. The pool wasn’t heated, so wasn’t useful but the rest of the house had all the amenities and space we needed.

Perfect House

We loved this property! It was a perfect place for us. The location was great and the house was amazing. Clean, well stocked, hot tub, great host. We loved the decor too! Will definitely rent again if we travel with our adult children and their partners.

Excellent Accomodations

We loved our stay here. The double master bedrooms are an excellent way to travel with extra family members. We liked how they were on opposite sides of the home giving extra privacy. The pool, hot tub and patio areas were well kept and so inviting. The home was well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. which isn't always the case when renting a VRBO. Great response from owners when we needed assistance so that is a huge plus. With a child at GCU, we will definitely be a repeat visitor.

Fab time in Scottsdale!

We all loved the property, great outdoor area, spacious four bedroom house, well stocked, would recommend to anyone and would stay again. Great location close to the freeway! Best of all, the owner, Paul, was very quick to respond to any questions we had!

Spacious

The house was a perfect combination of space and comfort while also wonderfully decorated. Great kitchen for cooking and we loved relaxing at the end of each day outside on the patio/pool.

Comfy and well equipped house in a good location!

Perfect place for a return to Arizona

We loved the house. It was the perfect perfect for our family. Plenty of space inside and out to relax. The kitchen was kitted out with everything we could possibly need. Loved the shady seating areas outside and the views of the mountains. Hope to revisit soon!

Amazing house in the heart of Scottsdale!

We love visiting Arizona. Came out this time for Spring Break. House was huge. It was our family of 4 and we could have easily had more with us. We didn’t even use one of the bedrooms. Yard is huge. So many seating areas which were great. Some shaded. Some in the sun. The pool is huge. It had not been super hot leading up to our visit, so the pool was really cold our first few days. It is disclosed it is not heated—so it’s just a matter of the weather and sun. Paul was extremely responsive and even came over immediately to look at the pool vacuum so I was able to chat with him live. Check in and out was super easy without a ton of asks of the guests as they leave. We would definitely stay here again!

Professional mist system installed in back yard a MUST for summer visitors! Without it, your outdoor time will be very limited, even at night where it can still be 100deg.
