We were a large group that stayed here two nights for the Sugarloaf marathon. Everyone loved this place. Lots of room (three floors) to spread out and very comfortable, and kitchen is well appointed. Host was super nice and communicative, and left clear instructions/info that covered everything we needed to know. Can imagine this place would be an awesome place during winter for skiing. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay! Our host Kate was available to answer any questions and even steered us towards recommended lifts and trails to take as first-timers to Sugarloaf. We would stay again!

Highly recommend! Ski on and ski off location with a hot tub, combined with a comfortable condo set up makes this place at Sugarloaf a winner. Excellent host communication. We hope to visit here again soon.

Wow! Rarely do we get more than we expected, but this place was spectacular! So much space, everything you could ask for to prepare meals. So incredibly comfortable. We loved the hot tub and location. Owner was great to communicate with. 10 out of 10!

What a terrific first ski weekend and this beauty condo had a lot to do with it! Hosts communicated very well and the space was comfortable and spotless. Location, come on, the best. Sad to leave but excited to come back!

This condo was exactly as promised Well maintained and super comfortable. Our family of 6 adults had plenty of room to be together and yet still have plenty of personal space. Highly recommend this Sugarloaf condo!

This beautiful condo was perfect for our family over the Labor Day weekend while attending a family wedding. We all had plenty of room and privacy. The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well stocked. Kate went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

The property was in a fantastic location at Sugarloaf. It was summer, so we were there to golf but it is a ski in/ski out location. The condo was spacious and clean and it was nice that there were 3.5 bathrooms. We did not end up using the hot tub so I can't comment about that item. The kitchen was well appointed - great appliances and well stocked with an assortment of staples.Kate's communication was excellent and she answered all of my questions promptly. The only comments I would make is that there were two alarm boxes as you entered the condo and I think I set off the alarm by not disarming the correct panel. The hot water heater could have had a sign next to it so that we would have more readily identified the level to turn it on. There were six of us there and we didn't readily have all of the details that Kate had shared with us in an email.Overall, we had a great overnight stay at the condo and the women golfers in our group appreciated the accommodations! I had to leave a bit early for departure but the others handled the closing and hopefully handled it correctly. Thanks for making our stay a wonderful experience despite the golf course being challenging for us.

Great location on the mountain

One of the newer condo developments on Sugarloaf. Great location and clean and up to date property. Everything about our stay was great, and the property condition and amenities was as advertised.

Ideal location

Sweet location right on the mountain (a true ski in/ski out). Smooth check in/check out. Awesome well stocked kitchen. Great communication with hostess.

Incredible Stay!

Kate and Chris have a gem on Sugarloaf Mountain. This was our third stay and we are already looking forward to our return next year. This townhouse is perfect for two families of four with kids who are safe on stairs. Plenty of space, bathrooms, groomers driving by out the back door. This stay is worth every penny.

Great home away from home!

Kate and family are wonderful hosts and their Sugarloaf home is everything you could ask for. The communication, cleanliness of the home, it’s location on the mountain as well as all of its amenities, we’re everything we could have asked for. We had a wonderful week of skiing and hope to stay again soon.

Marathon respite

We stayed here for the sugarbush marathon. We were 5 adults and the place was perfect! The hot tub was a real bonus as well as the condo was just under a mile to the bus pickup to take everyone to the race start. That was a real bonus!! The place was clean and comfortable.
