Perfect for our overnight stay in Charlotte. It was nice to come “home” and relax. Easy access to the greenway, restaurants and Bank of America stadium. Mugs Coffee and Harris Teeter right down the road. Beautiful and convenient neighborhood and Drew was very easy to work with.

Quiet and cozy are perfect descriptors. Plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. What a nice neighborhood too! The hosts were super! Checked on my needs and provided such a clean and comfortable suite for me to enjoy. Can’t say enough good things! I highly recommend a stay here if you want to experience Charlotte.

This is the second time we have stayed with Drew! It's a great location. Very close to the blue line to get to the Spectrum Center and BoA Stadium. The living room has a fireplace, shuffle board, comfy couch, and baord games. Very cozy. Drew is friendly and a quick communicator.

It’s very nice place, clean, comfortable suited my needs excellently. The host is great and this becomes my home away from homewhen I am traveling to Charlotte.

Great host, great place, great stay!

I stayed for a few weeks and this was easily one of my best stays! The neighborhood is quiet, Drew made sure I had everything I needed for a great stay, and I never felt unsafe. 100% recommend this property!

Great apartment in a lovely SouthPark neighborhood

Nice space, comfy beds, and best of all, a DARK bedroom (perfect for sleeping in!). Was perfect for our short stay.

Great location!

Drew was a wonderful host! This was the perfect place to get to know the city. A central location to the South Park area with easy access to Charlotte!

Perfect spot with gracious hosts

Cozy and comfortable rear entrance ground level basement accommodations. Spectacular hosts and beautiful neighborhood. We will definitely book again.

Great place!

My husband and I stayed at this property for one night while we were in town for a concert. The location was perfect and in a very nice area. The place was very clean and the hosts were great. I highly recommend staying here if you are headed to Charlotte.

Great location in the city

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The room was clean and Drew did everything he could to ensure our stay was comfortable. The property was located close to lots of restaurants/shopping options. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in Charlotte.

Safe and comfortable!

I travel alone and this visit to Charlotte was delightful! The owner was friendly and helpful when looking for restaurants. The apartment was cozy and I felt very safe.
