Closest to the Beach

Located within the secure area of Nuevo Vallarta, this unit is as close to the beach as you can get. The condo overlooks Bahia Banderas, the best beach and the 2 spectacular infinity pools as well as the lap pool on the beach. This well maintained 2 floor unit with a Master Bedroom and Loft (open bedroom), can sleep up to 4. All guests can enjoy the complex, as well as the many other local attractions including sea doo rentals, parasailing, horseback riding, kayaks, and other water sports. Vallarta Adventures is located close by in Nuevo Vallarta and has many excursions including some of the best ziplining, rappelling, ATV tours, horseback riding, swimming with the dolphins, tours to Marietas island (hidden beach), dinner theatres (Rhythms of the Night), swimming with the dolphins, snorkeling as well as many other excursions.
There is a snack bar, near the pools, so you don't need to cook. Bucerias and Paradise Village (Nuevo Vallarta) are close by, for a great selection of shopping and restaurants when you venture out for an afternoon or evening.
Travel by bus, taxi, or Uber, they all arrive just outside the complex and can take you to Bucerias, Nuevo, Puerto Vallarta (Malecon), Punta de Mita and the wonderful surfing town of Sayulita (the town where Bachelor in Paradise is filmed) and San Pacho. There are so many wonderful places to visit and so many wonderful restaurants close by to dine in when you do not feel like cooking, we have many favorites to share!

Great location

Nice condo for a couple, location is excellent. The only complaints are the wait staff at the pools and beach are few and far between.

Comfortable with a great location

The property was probably the best of the complex for location. We enjoyed the pools daily and it was easy to get anywhere in the PV area we wanted to go.

Wonderful spot on the beach

We had a great time staying at Aria Ocean. The place felt very secure and clean. Access to the beach was very convenient. Aside from some construction noice , it’s a great stay.

Would stay again.

Overall basic condo with everything you need, incredible view. The condo pools, snack bar, beach were all excellent. Easy area to get around by Uber or taxi.

Awesome place!

Really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Jack was extremely helpful with communicating quickly to our questions and informed about local places to see, groceries and transportation. Already planning a return trip to this little slice of paradise!

Amazing location, beautiful big pool. The condo is cute , the second bed was not in a private room, so really only good for kids or family members not another couple. The kitchen sink tap could be updated it was loose and there was no hot water only luke warm. We never complained as we were only there a week. I am sure it could be fixed. Host was very responsive. I would rent again.

Beautiful place right on the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. It was relaxing, location was beautiful and the owner Jack and property manager Joel were very responsive to answer all questions and take care of our needs and requests. A great beach get away spot. Resort was also well maintained and everybody was friendly and helpful. Would come back again!

Aria on the beach

Great location! The unit is very well equipped with everything you need. Beach chairs/umbrella, boogie board, BBQ were all great extras. We had a GREAT stay!!

Great vacation

This was the perfect property for a girls trip with our daughters. The condo was great, the pool was amazing, the food at the snackbar was delicious and the ocean was warm and calm. A bonus was being able to hear the crashing waves from the bedroom.

great location

The unit is right next to the pool and the ocean, so amazing views and great deck... sometimes a little loud at night on the weekends. Great water pressure and all the appliances and AC worked perfectly.

Last condo next to the beach. No direct beach access, but great view of the ocean and pool. Would book again.

Amazing location!

Best location in the property by far! Amazing views. Condo was stocked with everything you need and some. Jack was wonderful - quick responses and provided us with so much information. Will definitely be going back!

April Getaway

Rented the condo for two weeks and we loved it! Our stay was during holy and Easter week and enjoyed meeting many locals but it wasn’t too busy. We also got to meet the owners and chat with them. Already planning another trip and staying at their condo again. Thx!

Third times a charm

This was our third visit to this complex but our first to this condo. The condo is spotless, comfortable and has a great position with good views. Jack, the owner is very helpful and accommodating.

Our stay at 194 at Aria Ocean was very good, unit was as described, Jack the owner was prompt to reply to any questions and property managers onsite were very good also

John was a terrific host who answered all our questions in a very timely manner. He has a nice home with terrific views of both the pools and ocean. The snack bar offers breakfast lunch and dinner so if you forgot something head on down to the bar. The bar also sells large bottled water for a dispenser which John has. The only negatives were it’s a long walk to get to the pool. Also the primary suite was upstairs which I didn’t realize. But he has a very comfortable bed which makes up for it. My last suggestion would be to purchase a more comfortable couch in which to watch tv. Overall we had a terrific time and yes I would recommend John as a host for future vacationers. Our second stay

This was our second stay in the condo. It was very clean and well appointed. I personally find the bedroom too bright at night due to a lot of lighting outside and from the pool area. I feel it would be fit from black out blinds. Otherwise, a very comfortable stay.

We are quite familiar with Nuevo Vallarta, and when this property came available, we bought it. The pools are great, and the beach is fantastic, and the condo is the closest to the beach and has an unobstructed view of the ocean and pools. We like the location, surrounded by condo buildings, and some 5-star resorts. Bucerias and Paradise Village are close by, as is the Mega and La Comer grocery stores, and a Starbucks.
