The house is very well-equipped, in a quiet neighborhood, close to major roads. The pool in the central atrium/patio is a fantastic idea. The rooftop terrace with a relaxation and barbecue area is an added bonus. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. We wholeheartedly recommend this house.

Amazing stay!

Loved the villa, beautiful area.Used the pool and had a few days out, especially the patios in Cordoba.Villa has everything you need for a fabulous stay, really well thought out.Pre-holiday pack sent was so useful.Like it so much we are returning next year!

Delightful stay in a small village near Cordoba

Lovely villa - excellent heated pool and four en suite bedrooms. Very well-equipped kitchen and spacious dining and lounge areas. Perfect for our family party of five adults and two children. The 'inside out' layout meant that although it got unbearably hot outside, you could sit by the pool in somewhat lower temperatures (and, of course, retreat to the air-conditioned indoors when necessary).

Great house with amazing pool and rooftop terrace

The pool is amazing, so is the rooftop terrace. Outdoor dining table outside by the kitchen was very convenient for morning coffee, quick breakfast, etc. Is the house perfect? No, but those minor details didn't matter - enjoy the pool, terrace, relax, have some wine...It was so quiet and praceful, felt like at a resort...

Holiday with friends in Andalusia

Casa Uno is a fabulous property well situated for visiting cities - Seville, Cordoba and white villages such as Zuheros. The property was immaculate and very well appointed. We travelled with friends and appreciated the space afforded to all of us. The heated swimming pool was a bonus in February! Shopping, restaurants etc within a 5 minute drive, including a bar/restaurant and village shop at 50m from the house - we enjoyed 2 typically Spanish evening meals there. Communication with the owner was very good and we had a great welcome from one of her team on our arrival. Would recommend Casa Uno to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday - we will return.

UNIQUE!

We had a fabulous time at Casa Uno and could not fault anything from the great kitchen utensils to lovely artworks and wonderful spaces. Communications were informative and friendly and the team were helpful yet discreet. Although the village was small, the restaurant was good fun, great food and so very cheap! Us three brothers have been to Spain many times but this was our first trip to the Cordoba region. The landscapes are amazing which makes this area of Spain an extraordinary experience. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

We Absolutely Loved It!

An amazing experience. Casa UNO is a beautiful property, very well apportioned and comfortable, in a small village in the heart of Andalucia. We loved everything about the experience. Nicolas is a superbly attentive owner who has not missed a single detail - the house is better than the photos can convey. Maribel is a most accommodating host and an excellent chef. We easily explored Cordoba, Sevilla, Granada, and Ubeda from this centrally-located base, and we enjoyed the intervening down-time by the pool in the quiet country, surrounded by the sounds of birds and fields of sunflowers and olive tree orchards. Why are you still reading? Book your stay in Casa UNO now. We are already planning our next vacation. We loved it.

vacaciones en familia

El alojamiento es bonito y agradable, se ajusta totalmente a la descripcion del anuncio. Perfecto para pasar unos dias tranquilos con familia o amigos. Los espacios son amplios y comodos

Calefacción Central NO.

Solamente una pega pero importante, saltaba el automático de la luz con excesiva frecuencia aún no usando los aires de las habitaciones y faltaba presión de agua en los baños. Pese a ello una maravillosa estancia que nos ha permitido visitar la zona que es una gozada.

Estimado José Gracias por sus comentarios, estamos contentos de que haya pasado un tiempo 'maravilloso' en Casa Uno. Con respecto a sus comentarios de que no hay calefacción central - esto es correcto, pero no anunciamos que la casa tenga calefacción central. La casa principal tiene un sistema de calefacción a base de aceite que funciona las 24 horas del día y que puede ser ajustado por los huéspedes. Cada dormitorio también tiene un radiador de aceite independiente que los huéspedes pueden utilizar libremente tanto como necesiten. No estaba seguro de sus comentarios con respecto a la luz que seguía encendida, así que me pondré en contacto con usted por separado para entender cuál es el problema, para que podamos resolverlo para los futuros huéspedes. English Version Dear Jose Thank you for your feedback we are glad you had a ‘wonderful’ time at Casa Uno. With respect to your comments that there is no central heating – this is correct, but we do not advertise the house as having central heating. The main house has an oil based heating system which operates 24 hours a day and can be adjusted by the guests. Each bedroom also has a free standing oil radiator which are free for the guests to use as much as they need. I wasn’t sure about your comments regarding which light kept on coming on, so I will contact you separately to understand what the problem is, so that we can resolve this for future guests.

Magnificent home - casa estupenda

Our family of 5 children and my wife & myself spent 4 days in Casa Uno, enjoyed every moment of it. Fantastic home away from home, cozy, had all we needed. Only would recommend to add curtains for the windows. Maribel and her husband were very nice and helped us accommodate. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we will return to Casa Uno! Estuvimos toda la familia 4 días en esta estupenda casa que tiene todo lo que se puede necesitar. Solo recomendaría que pusieran cortinas en las ventanas. Maribel y su marido nos ayudaron a encontrarnos perfectamente cómodos. Muchas gracias por todo, volveremos a Casa Uno! Enrique

estancia en cordoba, en casa numero uno de las pinedas, cordoba

hemos estado cuatro dias en la casa, y todo perfecto. Casa super divina, con piscina ( nos hemos bañado a pesar de ser diciembre). todas las comodidades. Un lujo de casa, todo super limpio, decorada al minimo detalle. Hemos realizado varias estancias en casa de este tipo, y con mucha diferencia la mejor sin duda alguna. Enhorabuena, la recomiendo a hojos cerrados a cualquier persona que busque casas por esa zona.

Einfach nur Traumhaft

Wir durften knapp 2 Wochen Urlaub in diesem herrlichen Haus verbringen. Es war alles wie beschrieben, wenn nicht sogar besser. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend, bereits vor unserer Ankunft erhielten wir Infos zur Gegend und dem Haus und auch während unseres Aufenthaltes war unsere Gastgeberin und ihr Team stets für uns erreichbar. Und sogar ein zeitigeres einchecken, wurde möglich gemacht. Das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus und die einzelnen Zimmer, die um den Pool lagen, boten alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Die Küche war zweckmäßig ausgestattet - sogar die Standardgewürze waren vorhanden. Und wenn wir mal keine Lust auf herkömmliches Kochen hatten, wurde einfach der Grill auf der Dachterrasse genutzt (nur den Pizzaofen haben wir leider nicht ausprobieren können-irgendwie war der Urlaub zu schnell vorbei). Den große Pool hatte (nicht nur) unser Kleiner (knapp 5 Jahre) mit einem Blick ins Herz geschlossen. Auch die Dachterrasse erfreute sich großer Beliebtheit. Innerhalb von ein paar Minuten waren sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in La Charlotta mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Selbst die größeren Städte wie Còrdoba, Sevilla und sogar Granada sind dank der nahen Autobahn gut zu erreichen. Vielen Dank an Cathy für ihre Gastfreundlichkeit und an das Team um Gertru für die aufmerksame Betreuung und für die leckere, lokale Erstausstattung. Alles Gute und macht weiter so!

Très belle maison bien équipée

Très bonne semaine dans une vaste maison, bien entretenue et très propre. Elle est de surcroît bien située en Andalousie pour les nombreuses visites qu'offre cette magnifique région. Très grande piscine chauffée. Grande terrasse très bien équipée. Café/restaurant de village à 30m de la maison. Petite épicerie également. Supermarché à 3km. Séjour qui a réjoui petits et grands !

Belles vacances !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Las Pinedas près de la Carlota , dans la province de Cordoue. La maison que nous avons louée nous a pleinement satisfaits. Décorée façon riad marocain, très confortable et où chacun trouvait son intimité et notre groupe la convivialité, elle était très bien équipée . Nous remercions les propriétaires avec qui nous avons eu de surcroît, un très bon contact!

Très bon séjour à la villa Casa Uno, Très propre, bien équipée, la terrasse avec le barbecue est très agréable. La literie est très correcte . Remise des clés très simple , Cathy est toujours joignable pour n’importe quelle question

CASA UNO idéale pour un séjour convivial

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé, nous sommes ravis de cette semaine entre amis. Casa Uno est très bien placée toute proche d'une entrée d'autoroute et à seulement 1/2 h de Cordoue ou 1h de Séville, parfait ! La configuration de la maison est parfaite pour accueillir 4 couples, se retrouver pour des moments conviviaux sur les différentes terrasses ou autour de la piscine, tout en gardant son intimité grâce aux chambres et salle de bains/WC indépendants Casa Uno est superbe avec ses couleurs vives, très bien équipée et entretenue, la piscine centrale et la terrasse/barbecue à l'étage sont de véritables atouts💛 Cathy la propriétaire(malgré la distance) est aux petits soins dès la réservation et fait en sorte que tout se déroule pour le mieux. Son équipe sur place est très réactive pour résoudre les petits soucis rencontrés. Le panier de bienvenue (boissons, denrées alimentaires)préparé à notre arrivée est une attention très appréciable ! Merci pour séjour à casa Uno qui restera un point fort de notre périple en Andalousie.

Las pinedas super

Une très belle maison de style Melrose Place pour ceux qui connaissent la série 😁. Les enfants (et même les grands) ont adoré avoir leur indépendance autour de la piscine. Le village est proche d'une grande ville La Carlota où on trouve de tout. Córdoba est à moins de 30 min , magique. Cathy est facilement joignable et Maribel et son mari ont été aux petits soins pour nous !! Elle nous a préparé un super menu, on s'est régalé. Merci encore pour ces super vacances Severine et Cécile (et leurs familles)

Fabulous holiday!!

Joanna was first point of contact and she was brilliant from beginning to the end. Maribel and Lolo were an absolute pleasure , despite going through a bad time, they were extremely attentive and very professional. Casa Uno was beyond our expectations. Smart, clean and very well equipped. We were sad to leave.

Location ideale pour decouvrir l andalousie .

Maison parfaitement équipée ( climatisation , wifi , piscine , ...) , idealement située pour visiter l'andalousie ( Cordoue, Seville, Grenade , ... ) . Propriétaire attentif au bien etre de ses locataires . Une excellente adresse.

We loved it too!

Just as beautiful as in the photos! Clean and well-equipped, even welcome basket of wine and breakfast items. We loved the small-village experience much better than the fast pace of Madrid. The bread lady honks her horn in the plaza with fresh bread and pastries. The village grocery lady has fresh eggs, tomatoes, oranges, and much more. The local tavern has great food and our guys enjoyed the experience of watching football (soccer) there. Nicholas has done a great job preparing his guests to use Casa Uno as a base for trips to Granada, Cordoba, and Seville. Travel guides and maps are provided, we toured Alhambra, Sevilla, and Cordoba. Maribel is an excellent source of advice as to how far locations are, and is available to prepare meals from her wonderful family recipes (coffe flan with toasted almonds!), and we even hired her to take us to Cordoba shopping. It was a great experience for three couples on a special trip celebrating anniversaries.

Charming Villa with authentic experiences

We just returned from a week spent at Casa Uno. We were treated like family by our hostess, Maribel, and took advantage of her delicious meals prepared from her family's recipes. She was gracious enough to go with us to Cordoba so we could tour the city. She and her husband included us in their musical rehearsal, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Nicholas's home is set in a quiet town and has all the amenities one would need while on vacation. We look forward to returning again in the future.

Super vacances

La maison est superbe et nous avons été merveilleusement accueillis, aussi bien par Nicholas que par Maribel et son mari. Il y a tout l'équipement qu'il faut, même plus (vaisselle, électroménager, linge, clim. réversible .....), on est au calme et la barrière vers la piscine est très sécurisante quand on a des enfants. Les enfants, justement, ont adoré; un mois après, mon fils de 2 ans me parle encore de "la maison d'Espagne" !!! Le seul regret que nous avons est de ne pas avoir pu profiter de la piscine car il faisait déjà froid en ce début novembre. Nicholas, encore désolée que Gabriel ait été malade chez vous !!!!! En tout cas, c'était une semaine parfaite.
