House worked great for my family of 15. The extra gates on the porches was helpful to keep the little kids out of the pool when needed.

Booking has always been smooth.

Second Chance is a great location. We’ve stayed with Condo-World for years, moved to Second Chance a few years ago based on a recommendation after our original location was sold. Great company.

Second time in unit and it was up to all expectations. Well kept, feels like a home not a hotel/room, and very accommodating to a large group. We had 8 golfers, each with there own bedroom and bathroom - perfect..

Easy to book with, arrival packet has clear instructions. Condo world office located close to rental

We absolutely love this house. A lot of room for the entire group with everyone having their own bathroom. Pool not warm this time of year, did not swim In pool, we used jacuzzi at night which was perfect for our group.

The on-line booking process was easy, and when we found a need to call the office, the staff was fri

Our family has stayed in 2nd Chance for 15 years. This trip was a 'reunion' trip as we had not been back for approximately 13 years. It was great to see that the home was in good repair and upgrades had been made. It felt like we were home again. Many memories have been made in this property and we added to them this year.

Nice house

The main house was very nice and clean. We were disappointed with the guest house being actually 2 separate bedrooms one on first level and another on the second level. It wasn’t even attached to the main house but we managed to fit all 18 people in the main house.. the pool was nice but only was cleaned twice by the cleaning people. The maintenance guy came and cleaned the pool daily for us and he was very nice. Overall we had a wonderful time and would stay at the house again.

Nice home but needs a little tweak here and there

Nice house but if you’re going to use the oool house for bedrooms you really need to fix them up . They’re pretty ratty . I think it’d be a great idea if you’d put full length mirrors in the bedrooms . It’s tough to get ready without. The patio doors need to have handles on them . You really need a half bath at the pool level . I had a bedroom on the top floor so had to up 2 flights is stairs every time . The kitchen was well equipped . The common areas were comfortable. The pool was nice ( needs some tile work) but the hot tub only had one jet that worked . I liked the fact that there were plenty of pool chairs.

It’s not a bad place. Just not worth the $$

It’s dated. It’s a 2-3 star place. Just not worth the $$. You can get a really nice place on the pan handle for the price of this place. We had to buy black sheets and put up over the windows because it was too bright.

Big enough for everyone!

Great stay at the beach with this house. GREAT location, easy parking situation, rooms for everyone, great pool, and SUPER close beach access - Second row back and about 1.5 blocks to the right.

Nice property needs TLC

The place was nice. The facility was perfect The upkeep was short The advertised “newly renovated” was not so new feeling. Post hurricane palmetto bugs unsettling Overall worked well for us
