Exceptional property, owners were accessible and communication was perfect. This home is beautiful, highly recommended for larger groups, sleeps comfortably, kitchens were beautiful. Plenty of seating, huge TV in main living room spaces. Same layout on second floor and connecting stair case if preferred can be locked to limit access. External seperate entries fro both floors. Neighborhood was quiet and very close to everything, Walmart around the corner! Shannon and Marnell made sure that we felt at home away from home!! 5

This property is as listed and located in a relatively quiet cul de sac. We found everything clean and plenty of beds for our large party of 11. Great for two families traveling together as both units are connected, yet seperate with space to breath. There were 2 minor hiccups that can come with a house being used by a lot of people, but the Host was quick to respond and offer assistance.

Great place to stay for a big group.

We have stayed at a lot of large properties for various conventions and so far this one has been the best one to date. There is ample space to sleep and no one ends up feeling cramped. Thanks again for allowing us to stay.

Amazing for a family gathering

Had a group of 15 people stay here for three days and we absolutely loved it. The house was great and everyone had an amazing time. The host was super accommodating and easy to reach with a simple check in process.

Stayed here for business travel for a convention. Home was clean, comfortable and spacious. Hosts were outstanding; communication with them was easy & quick. We would definitely stay here again!

So grateful for Shannon our host and for everything her beautiful home had to offer for my large family. Home is spacious and well kept. Communication with host was easy and effective. LOVED. Not having to park on the street. Plenty of parking space in the rear. We highly recommend this property and look forward to booking again in the future.

Convenient location and Plenty of Room

My co-workers and I stayed here for a conference at the Georgia World Congress Center. It was convenient and close to the GWCC. We had plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location close to everything

Great place to explore downtown Atlanta!

I was here for a work trip with my colleagues for a few nights and Shannon was a great host. Easy check in, house was very clean and provided us with plenty of amenities. Next time I come back in town, I am reaching back out to Shannon!

Close to Convention Center

We stayed there for a volleyball tournament. We had really good luck since it was a quiet neighborhood. It was also pretty close to the convention center.

Great accommodations for large group

This home was very accommodating for our group of 8 and would be great for even more- with 8 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens, our home away from home was very relaxing. The air conditioning in this home was the best we have ever experienced in any vrbo and our host Shannon does a fantastic job with communication and making sure you are taken care of.

Excellent location and layout for groups

We loved our stay at this spot. It was perfect for our group of 10. We had 8 students and 2 adults— each adult had their own room and the teens all enjoyed their own beds. Most rooms had tvs in them, the game room was also a hit with the students! Ideal location near some great restaurants and all the local area colleges.

I work in residential construction and previously was a management consultant. That background shapes how we host: practical layouts, thoughtful upgrades, and a smooth, predictable experience.

When we travel, we look for a balance between cost and comfort: a place that’s well equipped, close to the most important stuff, and space for people to not be on top of each other. That’s exactly how this home was set up. Let us show you the best Atlanta has to offer!
