Sea Gull Condominiums unit 503 is ideally located on the fifth floor providing exceptional panoramic views of Mustang Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. We are “on the beach,” with access just a few steps across the boardwalk; beach towels are provided.
Watch the sun come up over the Gulf from our private balcony as you sip your morning coffee from our bar-height Adirondack chairs. Listen to the ocean's soothing roar as you relax with your favorite beverage in the evening.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental sleeps 6 and has been recently remodeled. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed with a trundle twin, adjoining the hallway bath. Both bedrooms feature views of the resort pool as well as views of the gorgeous sunsets across Corpus Christi Bay. The bathrooms have hair dryers and complimentary toiletries.
From the living room you can enjoy the views of the beach and the ocean. It features a 55" Roku smart TV with sound bar for your viewing pleasure. There is a new queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.
The bright and open kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your family's favorite meals, or maybe your special catch from your Port Aransas fishing adventures. The large bar countertop is perfect for serving or for the kids to sit at when eating. The kitchen features Corian countertops, a Cuisinart dual-brew (pot or single cup) coffee maker, blender, toaster, and lots of storage.
The dining table is perfect for your meals and also has views of the Gulf. It is a great place to play cards and board games. There are some games in the hall closet or you can bring your family favorites.

This was such a wonderful, comfortable place to stay. It is right on the beach. We really enjoyed our time here. It was a really great condo.

The Perfect Getaway!
Wonderful place to stay on the beach! Gorgeous views of the water! Comfy bed, spacious area to relax & all the amenities needed. Highly recommend this condo!

Nice resort!
We enjoyed our stay very much. Needed some beach time and it didnt dissapoint! Our toddler enjoyed the beach and pool and kids area. So nice to have that family feel to a resort. Thanks for a great place to stay.

Great view!
We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was very clean and well appointed. The staff is friendly and helpful - we look forward to a return visit!

By far one of the best getaways. Everything was so clean and inviting
This is a fabulous place to take the family or for just you and your spouse. Beach was great. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Love the set up of the canopy for us.

Very nice condo. Comfy beds and quiet area. Yet not far to town to restaurants and sight seeing. Loved our stay! ❤️

Beautiful Beach Condo
We wanted a condo on the beach and found the perfect one!! Absolutely exceeded our expectations! Clean, cutely decorated and an awesome view of the beach!! We plan to visit again!!

Winter beach stay
Never saw the sun in three days but everything was still very good. Still things to do and good places to eat. Everything we had planned.

Perfect Getaway
We loved this condo. It had everything we needed. It provided my wife and I a great low key getaway that we were looking for. While we were here, the beach was really clean - no seaweed, jellyfish, or man-o-wars. Perfect for walking and taking in the Gulf.

Great family vacation!
The condo was extremely clean and well maintained. Some of the furniture was a bit dated but that didn’t really bother us. The property had a great pool and hot tub that were also very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. So nice to be so close to the beach and have excellent beach service with free chairs and tents! We will definitely be back!

Great condo!
The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Nicely decorated and clean. It has everything from kitchen needs to beach chairs. The outdoor pool and hot tub were clean and super easy access to the beach. The beach is secluded, not many people there when we went. The second bedroom has one bed with a trundle, unlike the pictures, but it worked for our teenagers. Check in was easy and communication was great. We would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay in a pandemic
The view was amazing! The condo was gorgeous and everything in excellent condition! And we so appreciated all the safety protocols in place and mark this condo as a perfect place to go during this pandemic. The entire area and other businesses also had safety protocols in place. Staying on weekdays were probably a good idea to have less crowds. In fact, there were NO CROWDS on the beach or at the restaurant where we did patio dining. We would highly recommend this condo for anytime!

Sea Gull is a Delight
The Sea Gull is a wonderful place to stay. I couldn’t have asked for better amenities, a cleaner facility or a more helpful staff. The only caveat in my recommendation was is the distance from the town of Piet Aransas. It makes renting golf carts or even bikes a bit harder if you want to spend time in the town, but we managed to find a way to do both. The bike shop delivered our bikes.
