Seagull Condominiums unit 509L is a fifth floor fully remodeled 1 bedroom 1 bath beach front condo located on Mustang Island. The remodeled bathroom has a walk in shower. Relax on comfortable leather furniture in the living room while watching activity on the beach or enjoy viewing television on the 48" HD swivel screen TV. Wi-Fi is available throughout as well as a home theatre system with radio and DVD player. This unit has all the comforts of home including a well equipped kitchen. The beach is only steps away and Port Aransas with shopping and restaurants is close by. There is a king size bed and an aero bed for extra sleeping space. Condo sleeps 4.

Weekend getaway!!

The property was great. Very clean and close to all the restaurants. Awesome views! Recommend a bar on site.

Amazing View

Seeing the ocean right out your window everyday is so relaxing. The condo is well appointed and there is a view of the ocean while cooking, eating, or just relaxing. The patio is fantastic for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Sea Gull condo

The front desk employees were the best ever. They were so helpful. The condo was clean. The only issue was a problem with the living room blinds that could not be lowered. Scene from the balcony was amazing. Many seafood restaurants but most not very good, Thank you to those at the desk.

Beautiful place right on the beach

A beautiful place, carefully decorated and very comfortable. The location right on the beach is perfect. Watching the full moon rise over the ocean from the balcony is amazing.

Nice Getaway

Nicely furnished. Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful view. The only disappointment with this property was the very uncomfortable mattress in the master suite. A good night sleep is vital on vacation. Sad to say this is the item that will keep me from rebooking this property in the future.
