POOLS/HOT TUB
⭐ This home features a private pool in the backyard. Please note that no alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool. For safety reasons, adding any items to the pool or hot tub, such as bath salts or bath bombs, is not permitted. Any damages or additional cleaning resulting from misuse or additives will incur a $500 fee, including the full replacement cost if necessary. Please review and follow all safety guidelines and use these amenities at your own risk.

BEACH GEAR
⭐ You'll typically find beach gear available for guest use, including items like beach chairs, an umbrella, and pool/beach toys. Please note we can't guarantee what will be available upon your arrival. We kindly ask that you rinse off any sand and return the items neatly before checking out.

GRILLING
⭐ A gas grill is available for your use in the backyard, and we'll provide the propane! Please remember to clean the grill after use and keep it positioned away from the house.
