Spacious and updated home with an abundance of light and view of the mountains. Very clean and inviting home in wonderful Fort Collins waiting for you. Close to biking trails, great shopping and restaurants and a short bike ride or drive to CSU. A quick 5 min bike ride to Fossil Creek park and the Powerline and Mason trails. Located in a wonderful quiet family friendly neighborhood with easy access to trails and great restaurants and shopping.

You have a beautiful home!

This was the perfect place for our family to stay. The host made everything so easy for us. The home is so spacious and beautiful. We especially loved the outdoor living area.

Fantastic House

This was a great house and a great stay. The house is big with plenty of room for more than 1 family. The check in process was simple. And the communication from the owner was fantastic. The neighborhood and the neighbors were great. Do yourself a favor and book this house.

Great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! We all had plenty of room to spread out but also still gather together in the kitchen or the back patio to celebrate our daughters master’s degree graduation. Would definitely return again!

Great experience

The property was fantastic and the pictures online don't illustrate how grand the house is. It was great for the family to have a place to easily relax between activities.

Nice stay in Fort Collins

Clean, large house with a lovely patio! It was convenient to Horsetooth and downtown which was where we spent most of the weekend. I had good communication from Corey prior to the trip as well.

Clean and Comfortable

We were very pleased with our stay. In town for softball tournament, this home was centrally located with quick drives to downtown Fort Collins for good food and drink. And we watched a hummingbird make a nest on the back deck as we relaxed in the evenings.

Great location!

Great location just 10 minutes from downtown Fort Collins! The property was very clean and quiet! It worked really well for my family (6 adults + 1 infant). Corey was very accommodating and quick to respond with any questions. We’d definitely book here again, if we come back to Fort Collins!

You won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful house. Beautiful setting. A perfect place for our large group. We had plenty of room to spread out or gather together—both inside and outside. The grounds are just beautiful and the house is tastefully appointed.

Perfect Family Getaway

We were traveling from Denver up north for a baseball tournament and decided to make a weekend trip out of it. Corey's house is beautiful, incredibly clean, nicely decorated and was perfect for our needs. The back patio was a relaxing sanctuary and the kids loved the trampoline! Thank you Corey for sharing your lovely home with us. 5 star accommodations and service all the way!

Clean, Comfortable, Plenty of Room

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The porch was what my dreams are made of, but the rest of the house was incredible as well. All the beds were full size or bigger, which plenty of selections (6 rooms with beds). The house was open and had plenty of room for our party of 5. It is in a kid friendly neighborhood, but we did go out on the porch after dark and were able to carry on normal volume conversations with no worries. (We also closed the drapes around the porch to try to muffle our laughter.) The owner was a joy to work with and made check in and check out so easy. We will definitely be looking to stay here again. Thank you!

beautiful house

My family stayed here for about ten days. From the check in to check out everything went flawlessly. The owner was so accommodating and the home was pristine. Lots of different things to do for kids in the home which was a huge bonus. Couldn’t have asked for a better place beautifully maintained home and extremely helpful owners.

Fort Collins at its finest!

Enjoyed this beautiful home! The covered deck area was just as beautiful as the interior of the house! Ultra cozy beds and luxury linens made us feel right at home! Would recommend for families as there are plenty of rooms to get cozy in! The ping pong table made for some fun friendly competition as well! Top rated on our VRBO stays! Great owner communication as well! Thank you - we will be back!
