Two-story free standing cottage. The bottom floor contains a king size bed and 2 full bathrooms. Travel up a small winding staircase to arrive in the main area of the cottage. The cottage contains a kitchenette, living room with a sleeper sofa and a screened porch with outdoor heater and dining table for six. Both the living area and bedroom have current flat screen TVs and WI-FI is included. You will love the spaciousness and decor of this newly renovated cottage! The second story porch of this cottage is screened in and is nestled in the live oaks with a picturesque view of the property. No smoking. Dog-friendly.

This was our 2nd stay at this property, we love it and staying at the Landing. The house is clean, comfortable, and stocked with things you need. We enjoyed sitting on the upstairs patio with our dog during sunrise & sunset, and the close location to the dog park. Parking is convenient, as is the boat trailer lot. We will definitely stay here again!

We visit The Landings @Steinhatchee every year! Great place for family gatherings . Our Cottage was wonderful. 2 porches , great location, nice dog park! A Funtime for all!

Annual Trip

The Ginger Cottage was perfect for me, my husband and our dog. It is an adorable setup with the bedroom downstairs and the living/kitchen upstairs. Loved the lower and upper porch. Cottage was very clean and updated.

We love the landing!

Our yearly stay at Steinhatchee as usual.. We love the landing and all its amenities. This is our fourth year. We plan on coming back again next year. :)

Scallop season 2025

The cottage was super cute and perfect for 2 people. Loved having a kitchen to cook our scallop dinner in! Almost everything you needed in the kitchen. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus and the bed was comfy. A deep clean is needed and a few drawers need fixing (in the fridge and under the stove) but overall, great experience.

Great Cottage

This is the first time we’ve stayed in this particular cottage but the second time we’ve stayed in a spice cottage. It has a great set up for a family of 4. We come with a few other families and stay all over the landing. The way this unit is set up we were even able to fit everyone in when it was our turn for group dinner. It is beautifully decorated and my family quite enjoyed using the beach cruisers around the neighborhood.

Scalloper’s delight

Our extended family gathered on Father’s Day to scallop and enjoy the beauty of Steinhatchee. Our cottage was very clean and comfortable, making it a delightful vacation. We enjoyed it thoroughly!

The layout of the place was a bit odd. 2 bathrooms downstairs and living area upstairs as well as having to come in through the on bedroom was a pain
