Beautiful, popular condo less than 1/2 block from the beach. This condo consists of the entire top floor of the Coral House and is completely separate, with private entrance & parking.

Large balcony, dog friendly, fast WiFi, cable, smart 50” TV, full kitchen & most basic essentials provided. Free off street parking. Charcoal grill & laundry. Less than a block from restaurants, stores & the beach. 3 blocks from Tybee’s famous lighthouse.

• This condo is completely separate and private, occupying the entire upper floor of a larger property, with private parking, porch, balcony, and outdoor entrance.
• Starting summer 2025, a new home is being built next-door.
• The laundry room is located at the back of the house and is used by all three condos.
• The condo entrance has about 25 steps. 1/2 of those lead to the porch.
• Conveniently located 1/2 block from two beach access points, with the access on 2nd St. recommended for ease.
• Free parking for two cars is available. Several metered spots are nearby for parking before check-in or after check out
• This is not a beachfront property; the balcony offers a partial ocean view, panoramic view obstructed by palm trees and nearby homes.
• Please see Tybee's beach rules for current policies regarding dogs.
• Beach supplies provided include a cooler, beach wagon, and beach chairs; guests should bring their beach towels, umbrellas, charcoal, and any food-related items.
• The condo does not have blackout curtains; the existing blinds allow some light through.

Excellent beach week

I can only hope The Coral House is available for our next visit to Tybee Island. Location, amenities, beds, cleanliness, communication were all excellent and made our stay outstanding!! A great location for beach access as well as walking the dog.

Pictures are true to the condo. This is our second time staying there. Never have any issues, great communication, no check-in required. Close to beach access, restraunts and the Sugar Shack! Would recommend.

Great place… Wrong weekend

We did not know that it was a festival weekend and there were WAY TOO MANY PEOPLE HERE. We couldn’t even enjoy the beach but one day. However, our place was so cute and just perfect for my daughter and I. We want to come back just not over Easter!

Location is perfect!

Overall, our stay was great! We loved the location of this property. You can walk to anything you need, and the beach is just steps away. The porch was amazing! Ted was very easy to get in touch with if anything is needed. Very cute place! Comfortable beds too!

One of the nicest places we have stayed

This upstairs unit was clean, well-furnished and close to the beach. We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs, and tihs was one of the nicest. The owners even provided coffee and filters! 16 steps from the ground to the unit Parking for one car Across the street from ice cream shop

Pleasant Experience

We only stayed one night but had a nice experience at the vacation rental. Very convenient location and a few minutes walk to the beach. Great time!

Great time at this beautiful place

Tybee is a favorite quick getaway for us and our teenage daughter. Coral house is beautiful and uplifting from the outside and just as charming inside. Check in could not have been easier as all the directions and info included everything we needed to know. It was super clean, comfortable beds, and had everything we needed. It was nice to be so close to the beach with walkable stores, local park, food , and icecream! We had a great time and can’t wait to return.

Felt like HOME

I believe they were on top of everything! When we arrived, the unit was fresh and soft music was playing and the room lightly lit. It was extremely comfortable, and I would definitely recommend and come back myself for another visit. Thank you so much for a relaxing mini vacay!

Amazing top floor apartment

Absolutely love staying at the coral penthouse, being able to bring my 2 furbabies makes staying here even better,close to everything,and just a short wLk to the beach,plus coolers chairs,and wagons are provided by owner,cant wait to come back

Amazing!

We had an amazing time. We were at the top part of the condo and it was just breathtaking! We got there late but honestly it was wonderful! Anytime I messaged Ted was extremely quick to respond and we had no trouble with communication at all! It was very very clean and the location was perfect! Pretty easy to find and about 15 minutes away from everywhere we went. It was so beautiful and so calming and the beds were super comfortable. We would absolutely love to come back! For it being my first time it was definitely for everything! I love it! The only issue we had was the neighbors under us parked their cars in our spot and in their own spot so we had to park on the street.

Tree Top

Loved the tree house feel to this second story unit. It was very cozy, bright and well appointed. Even though this unit is right off the main highway it was very quiet and conveniently located to restaurants and services. The back porch/balcony was a great space to hang out and relax at the end of our day. Laundry services at the back of the house was definitely a plus! We were totally surprised by how close the beach was - just a few short blocks down the street and marked really well. Staying here was a great way to end our Savanah trip and would stay here again if we found ourselves in the area. We'll be recommending this property to our friends!

beautiful but not comfortable

No temperature control..we froze...no signal on the tv...insufficent blinds in the bedroom..was like daylight all night from the streetlights....no tv in the bedroom..bed mattress was hard as the floor...we were on our honeymoon and we both came back with backaches from the hard bed..it was miserable...would never reccomend!

Worn out

This place is not a "penthouse" in any way, it's only on the top floor. The whole place is in need of a major overhaul and cleaning. Floor in dining area has screws holding it down, sink in kitchen needs replaced as paint is missing and rusting on front and side, ceiling is coming apart at seems in multiple places and not fixed very well, beds are old and WELL worn out, floor molding is beaten up and in need of replacing and paint, scary water damage to floor just outside of shower feels like your about to fall through, black mold on ceiling above shower, fans have dust frim what seems like months of accumulation, over all just worn out and dirty. Really don't know what I paid a cleaning fee for since the cleaning crew doesn't do their job very well. For the price it's not worth staying here, maybe if the unit was updated and a LOT of proper repairs done it would be a nice place to stay. One good thing is location to the beach, not even a 5 minute walk but that's the only thing this place has going for it now. Was highly disappointed in this stay and would really like a refund for the night we didn't stay since we left early due to the bathroom floor and black mold but doubt that will even happen.

Really nice spot! Close to many delicious restaurants, right across the street from the ice cream and candy shop, and less than 2 minutes walk to the beach. We will likely be back to Tybee, and if we do come back, I'd be happy to stay here again.

Great place and great area!

We had a wonderful stay at Coral House!!! It is in a great location, just a short walk tot he beach access and across the street from the ice cream parlor which the teens loved! The house was clean and well taken care of. We loved making use of the porch and the beach accessories provided!! Would definitely recommend!

Beach Bum Vacation

Stayed at this property before but the top floor has a beautiful balcony with a beach view. Probably will rent the top floor again. It was perfect for a family of 4. Had a great time!

Great place!

The cottage was great and had everything we needed. Loved that it had a porch. Proximity to the beach was awesome - just a couple minute walk to a really nice uncrowded (may be due to the time of year) beach. It is on the corner of the main road (80) through the island but it provided easy access to stores and restaurants within walking distance. Great place to stay!
