THE PERFECT VRBO for corporate groups, traveling nurses, families and friends! This one story cottage is clean, private, comfy, and located in a great neighborhood with sidewalks & quick access to a buzzing restaurant district, grocery, gas, shopping, movies, downtown High Point, Furniture Market, HPU, major highways and more! This is a true VRBO meaning the refrigerator and dressers are empty so you can unpack and enjoy having the entire place to yourself. Comfortable beds, luxury bedding and room darkening blinds are provided for a great night sleep. Fully loaded kitchen with coffee pot, microwave, stove, oven, smokeless grill and lots of cooking essentials.

Do NOT NOT NOT deep fry foods inside or outside the home.

Large dining table & chairs for your entire group, a desk, reading books, games, movies and a TV in the living room with DVD player and one in the bedroom.

Enjoy your morning stretch on the outdoor deck with table and chairs, mild NC weather and a perfect skyline for stargazing.

PLEASE NOTE: Internet is not provided at this time due to misuse by previous guests. There's a large HDTV in living room and a smart TV in King Master Bedroom. Guests may watch local "antenna" TV channels on each TVs. Each TV is also equipped with an HDMI port so guests can mirror, stream and watch internet content. **Guests must bring their own "lightning connector to HDMI port" cable that's compatible with their particular phone and plug it into the HDMI port on either TV - voila! Stream internet content until your heart's content!

NO SMOKING inside the home. An extra cleaning fee will be charged if there's a smoke smell inside the home.

We welcome guests to stay for as little as two nights up to as long as 3 months with property manager available 24/7. Additional nights and back to back reservations are also welcome upon prior approval by the 24/7 property manager.

Nice house, close to High Point University

We had a great stay in this large house. Clean, stocked and conveniently located. Near lake and lots of nature trails. Had a great time playing pool!

Market Exhibitor

Nicely renovated 3 bedroom ranch style home. Everything worked well except the TV reception on CBS. Every few minutes the picture would digitize and the sound blink off. The kitchen was well equipped. The host provided soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and clean towels were nicely laid out. The master bedroom bed was comfortable and really great to have a reading light on each side of the bed. HVAC was good. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. There are lots of restaurants close by on the main street getting into the neighborhood and grocery and hardware stores nearby.
