Cozy White House

This 1100 sqft 3 bedroom home is located very close to downtown Seneca Falls. A short walk to all the shops and restaurants. This home was renovated in the spring of 2019. It is fully furnished and offers a fully operational kitchen. The ONLY bathroom, a full bath is located on the 1st floor. The master bedroom has a king bed, the other two bedrooms have twin beds. There are two TV's; one in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. Both TV's utilize ROKU streaming service. NO CABLE IS PROVIDED. Wifi internet is provided.

Todd & Jaimie are amazing hosts! They made sure the house was perfect upon arrival and continued to check on us throughout our stay. It was comfortable, clean, and felt like a home away from home. We relaxed in a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities and accommodations we needed. We highly recommend staying at one of their properties.

Such a cute and cozy home, VERY clean and I love how supplies for cleaning/cooking/hygiene are available for use! T & J were so sweet and answered any question we had. It was the perfect honeymoon.

R&R

Wanted some needed R&R. This little house was perfect. It is within walking distance to restaurants and bars. It is clean and has all needed supplies for the stay there. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Amazing!

Right from initial contact Todd and Jamie were amazing. The house was adorable, clean, well kept and stocked. Convenient easy to find location minutes away from everything in town. The bed was very comfortable too. Definitely recommend to any one looking for a rental. Thank you for a great couple of days!

Weekend Getaway

It is a quaint little house. I wanted a place rest my head and not pay a high hotel cost. I enjoyed the feeling of being in a home. The location to all the festival activities on downtown Seneca Falls was perfect. It would be appreciated if bed linens were provided. Fortunate for that I like bringing my own pillow and blankets.

To clarify the misinformation above, we do provide all linens and towels for our guests. Ken confirmed that he would be the only guest, so we only made the king bed. But, he other people met him there. We will not host him again.

Great location in a lovely town

We had a great time staying here and would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area. The location is fabulous - just a very short walk into town where there are great museums and a bar (Parker's) with good food and service. It's a short drive away from lots of wineries, parks, Cayuga Lake, and good places to eat (we liked Wolffy's Grill very much). The house itself has lots to offer with off road parking, lots of extras provided by the hosts (snacks etc), a quiet neighborhood, and a well equipped kitchen. The bedroom was very comfortable, and there was plenty of room to relax in the lounge in the evenings. We especially liked the personal welcome from the hosts on the white board in the kitchen. The key coded door was very easy to use and made check in very efficient. All communications with the hosts were quick, helpful and friendly.

Sisters weekend

An annual get together with my sister and sisters in law. Very nice property, clean and in good repair. Easy to find and close to downtown.

Cozy little home

Perfect for 2-4 people. Quiet and relaxing after busy day. Hosts provide clean neat nicely furnished get-away. Close to town and local historic attractions. Walking distance to dining and paths for evening/morning strolls.

Sister get away

My Sister and I stayed for 4 days we don’t drink, but found plenty to do in the area. I enjoy the bike trails. She enjoyed reading by the lake. We both loved the history of the area and shopping in near by towns. House was very clean and owner very nice to deal with quick to respond to any questions.

Dart tournament trip

We needed a place to stay for the NYS dart tournament. All hotels in the waterloo area were booked. We found the Seneca falls house which was only 2.5 miles from the venue. It was clean and was perfect for what we needed. After our experience I will always look for a vrbo first. I would definitely use the Seneca falls house again.

Loved staying here

The house was clean and comfortable. Lots of towels and washcloths provided. In town so we could explore on foot. Would stay here again.
