Oakmont Place-Luxury Townhouse on the 9th green

Relax and unwind at this perfectly located pet-friendly townhouse on the greens of Country Club golf course. Dining at the popular Oakmont restaurant is a short walk from the townhouse. The spacious deck affords unobstructed views of Mount Elden and the fairway. The townhouse is a short 7-minute drive to downtown Flagstaff for dining and entertainment. This is a perfect spot for day excursions to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Please note Club facilities use is only available to guests who pay a use transfer fee. Transfer fee amount is one time $150 plus one time $35 per person for card printing. Pet fee(dogs only)— $25 for one dog, $30 for two. Two well-behaved dogs max.

Great Homebase

Wonderful view of the mountain and great homebase for our Arizona adventures. We would definitely stay here again.

Home Base for Grand Canyon Visit

Excellent hosts and excellent accommodations. We stayed in Flagstaff for a week-long visit to the area and this property was perfect. Easy access from the highway, yet totally peaceful. Our hosts reached out prior to our arrival to let us know the city was doing a little maintenance near the entrance. While it was no serious impact to us, the proactive effort was very much appreciated. We had a great stay and definitely recommend this property. 5 stars for sure. Thank you Erin & Rob!

Wonderful holiday adventure

This house was the perfect home base for our National Park adventures. Plenty of space for five teenagers/adults, with a well equipped kitchen for making meals and a great location. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Getaway

This property was perfect! We enjoyed the location on the golf course. The owners were over the top in accommodating an earlier check in for us. We will definitely be back!

Idea

This was a great rental, in an ideal location within Flagstaff. The property was well cared for, very cozy, and very clean Views from the patio were beautiful. Would rent here again in a heartbeat

Great place to stay in East Flagstaff

Beautiful view of the 9th green and Elden Mountain. Great quite neighborhood with good places to walk. Easy to get to. Spacious town home with stocked kitchen. Will look to stay here again!!

Vacation in Flagstaff

The condo is just as described. Very spacious and comfortable. We were close by to our family. Very well stocked with all the amenities you need. Excellent communication with the host. Would highly recommend this unit.

Great Stay!

This was our "homebase" for visiting the Grand Canyon and Sedona. This townhouse had enough room for a family of 4 to spread out. The view of the mountain out the back patio window was great for us "flat landers" from the Midwest. :)

Close to Attractions

Great property, close to so many attractions. Quiet neighborhood. Within 1.5 hours to Grand Canyon, Sedona, Wupatki National Monument, and so many other areas. Found some good restaurants within 10-15 minutes. Everything you could want in a VRBO to set up home for a few days. Thanks so much!

Snow Trip

This rental was perfect for oir family getaway. Snow hills right out the back patio to play with the kiddos. They also loved the upstairs loft all to themselves. The host was also wonderful and fairly quick responding while we were at the rental as well. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect cozy spot

Property is exactly as advertised. 3 separate rooms plus a daybed that is super comfy. This place has everything you could need in the kitchen, lots of towels and blankets and a cozy fireplace. Lots of parking. Such a cute spot

Nice place

Nice house at a beautiful neighborhood. You can walk straight to the golf course from the backyard patio and the view is amazing. AC is a little loud though. The bear paw activity center within the community is a must go. Our kids had a a lot fun with the pool table and game room.

Daughter's 21st Birthday

This place was so wonderful to stay in! We were in Flagstaff celebrating our daughter's 21st birthday. It was SUPER clean, cozy, and well equipped. The location was beautiful and my husband and I took walks on the golf course. The loft stairs are super narrow so anyone a little bit older or heavier might have trouble navigating them. There were 7 of us staying in the house and we ran out of hot water pretty quickly despite breaking up our showeres. It wasn't a big deal - we just waited a little bit longer in between. It was quiet so my 13 year old was able to sleep well. Everything was really well thought out and taken care of. We will definitely be back!

The property was nice, quiet, private, spacious and for the most part, nicely appointed. I would have have appreciated boxes of facial tissue as well as washcloths in the bathrooms, and more accurate instructions for the living area TV would have been helpful. We do like to keep up with the news when we travel. Overall, we were happy with the accommodations and would recommend this place to others.

Wonderful property for daughters graduation

The townhouse was clean, stocked with anything you will ever need and the beds were amazing. The two bedrooms are on the lower level and have memory foam toppers. I have a topper on my bed at home so it was great to not wake up hurting. The owners picked up right away when I called for a quick question. I would rent this unit again.

pleasant stay

Great location. Nice property. Host easy to work with. Disappointed master bedroom did not have an attached bathroom. TV in one bedroom not functional due to poor internet service. Poor internet, cuts in and out so main TV unable to watch successfully.

Beautiful golf course view.

House was clean and fully appointed. Great Neiborhood with back porch golf course view. If you site out in the morning you might see the neighbor's cat roam the green looking for a rub. Or you could watch an Osprey dive the pond for a fish.
