Very nice hosts

This place is very cute and nestled in a quieter area outside of Denver and Boulder. The hosts were very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was good. The bathroom was also very well stocked and lots of linen in case you need to set up the sofa bed.

Nice place to refresh.

Clean quiet place with plenty of space for my husband and myself to refresh between outings. We loved hiking at Roxborough Park, and took in a couple of concerts @ Red Rocks. This was a great choice for us, and we will likely stay again.

Our vacation hub

We stayed 7 nights at this quiet, cozy, clean, and very well appointed little apartment. We had a very easy check in even though it was very late as our flight was delayed coming in to Denver. The code worked as the instructions said, and we walked in to everything we needed. We never saw our host, but he was always there if we needed him, and was quick to answer a question for us. The bed was comfortable, the towels were nice, (and there were plenty available) and the shower was fantastic, with plenty of hot water. The neighborhood was quiet and felt comfortable and safe (we came in after 10 most nights and never felt uneasy) with a convenient place to park right at the private path to the apartment. One of our excursions was to a hot springs where I had a horrible reaction to the sulphur in my eyes. The next morning I was able to drive just down the road to an urgent care and got amazing care with no waiting. I was back to enjoying our vacation in under 2 hours. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO's, and this is one is top notch for a touch point for sleeping, showering, and having a little snack before taking off again! Overall, it was a perfect stay. We highly recommend this place!

Littleton stay

The VRBO was just right. Everything we needed was supplied. The kitchenette was perfect. We had coffee and breakfast at the property each morning. The nearby Safeway supplied us with our breakfast items. And the shower was very nice, too. Check in and out was easy. We will stay here again if we have the chance.

Perfect getaway!

This basement apartment was clean, simple yet elegant, and had everything that would be deemed a necessity plus some. I would highly recommend this for a weekend stay. It reminded me of a European stay we had many years ago.

Great basement apartment

I stayed here for 2 weeks while in Denver on business. The apartment is well appointed with everything you might need. The kitchen has a small fridge and a microwave, and all the dishes you would need. There is no stove. The living room is comfortable and the couch pulls out to make a queen size bed. The bathroom is very nice with a large walk in shower. All toiletries, towels and linens are provided as expected. The house is close to everything you need. Thanks for the great stay!

Escape to Roxborough

Excellent location, close to State Park and amenities. Close to Littleton, Columbine, etc. Easy to get to, quiet neighborhood, very good accommodations, with the necessities for a short stay. Thank you!

Easy Peasy

Great location — nothing beats sunsets and sunrises looking at red rock. Place was cleaned whenever I asked for it. Anything that was needed from the owner was quickly handled. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice, clean and modern

I stayed a few nights while in the area for work. The check in was easy and the property is well maintained and very clean. The mattress was pretty firm, but I slept well regardless. The owners do live upstairs but were very mindful, I never heard them make a noise. Great property!!

Excellent location for Red Rocks events

We visited Colorado to attend a 2 night event at Red Rocks Amphitheatre and this was only a 25-30 minute drive.. We did some sightseeing and visited nearby Daniels Park which offers a view of the front range from Pilkes Peak up to Rocky Mountain National Park. Best to visit before noon so you have the sun behind you. Same thing if you visit Roxborough State Park.

Location was perfect

We were in town for a wedding heals in the botanical gardens nearby. Restaurants and shops were close. Hiking trails and other outdoor activities super close. Thanks for having a great location to stay.

Close to Red Rock

Very quaint yet clean and accommodating!

Location is very good with this place. Got to Red Rocks, through Independence Pass by 10 different parks including Pikes Peak. All in a 48 hr stay🤘
