House Ideal for a family with 4 children.
1) Location
=========
In a pedestrian area, in the range of Cabourg, just three minutes walk from the beach, this townhouse (Villa Cinderella) of 70m² on 2 floors with two large bedrooms (one parental and one with 4 beds) is located in a very pleasant environment (see "impasse de Bavent", parallel to the pedestrian street: the avenue of the sea, which leads to the beach).
From the house come take fresh air from the sea and enjoy the beauty of the landscape whatever the season by walking along the longest sea in Europe (the Marcel Proust alley 3 minutes walk).
Further to the right you have the dunes of Cap Cabourg then the port Guillaume, which can be the subject of a walk.
You can also do all your shopping, visits and walks, the nearby shops and the market will allow you to enjoy local products and quality.
By car you can visit the Normandy hedgerow by making a detour through Beuvron-en-Auge one of the most beautiful villages in France, the landing beaches, or cities such as Lisieux (basilica, Carmel Saint Therese), Caen or Bayeux (tapestry). You can plan to visit Mont Saint Michel (have a good day). Nearer are: Houlgate, Villers-sur-Mer, Deauville and Trouville.
In Cabourg many activities for children (tennis, horse riding, sports club, sailing, mini-golf) are proposed, not to mention the pool by the sea and its very good lifeguards (that we recommend if you want to register your kids at swimming lessons).
2) The house:

On the ground floor: entrance, half floor bathroom (with electric towel rail). Access to the bathroom requires to be careful "walking" as it is done by the stairs.
First floor :

- a very comfortable 3 seater sofa
- two armchairs and two chairs
- library with DVD for children and family movies, books, encyclopedias and tourist guides, etc ...
Kitchenette :
- Fully equipped kitchen dinner (appliances and new appliances, many utensils and cutlery quality, dishwasher, ceramic hob and large oven). No plastic dishes.
- dining table with two extensions that can accommodate up to 8 people
- a storage room with washing machine, vacuum cleaner and household appliances running and quite complete
On the second floor :
A parental room (two twin beds 190x90 cm glued but that can be separated easily)
A room with 4 beds of 190x90 cm.
Beds and mattresses are of very good quality and in excellent condition.
Small table and chair for working on computer. Wardrobe and wardrobe.
2 extra mattresses and the sofa (in the living room) allow you to receive more people.
It is tolerated to park in front of the house in deadlock time to unload the car or in case of affluence (but at night it is easy to park your car on a real place, to let the truck of the municipality the next day ).
No garden.
No smoking.
No animals.
Warning: The presence of stairs requires attention to small children by putting the safety gate to prevent falls and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
We will be very happy to advise you and guide you during your stay.
N. B. In July and August the rental is only weekly (from Saturday to Saturday).
A security deposit of 500 euros is required at the time of handing over the keys by check not cashed and which will be returned after the rental (immediate return period or maximum 1 month).
N. B.2 The avenue of the sea can be quite animated the summer (festival of music itinerant, animations, procession etc ...)
