The pool area features comfortable beach chairs and there is a covered outdoor dining area next to a private gas grill for your convenience.

What's nearby:
The rental is located in the north part of the Placencia Peninsula. This area is very tranquil and peaceful and you have your own beach in front of the house with a pier to enjoy the breeze of the ocean. Placencia Village is a 25-minute drive away. However, on the way there you will find plenty of restaurants, yoga studio, gym, scuba center and more.
