A beautifully presented flat in a perfect location between the quayside and town centre. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

A beautiful apartment in a great location. Easy to walk to various sites and restaurants. It had all the amenities we needed, and some extras from host Tina. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return when we are next in Exeter.

Couldn't fault this property. Really appreciated fantastic welcome pack. Everything was to a very high standard. Tina made us very welcome and was available if we needed. Flat is very well located for central Exeter. We used public transport for days out and bus and local rail stations both around 10 mins walk.

Beautiful apartment furnished to a high standard in a great convenient location. The secure car parking is a big plus too. Tina and Nick have provided everything you would ever need creating a true home from home experience. The food purchased for the fridge including a bottle of wine was a really nice gesture and a great welcome. I've stayed in many places and have not had this generosity or thoughtfulness shown before. I didn't want to leave and would give it 11 out of 10 if I could.

Fantastic apparent in the best location

This apparent is absolutely wonderful, it has everything you need and is spotless. Location is the best so close to everything in the City. Tina is a fantastic host checking in regularly to make sure all is OK. I strongly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful apartment

Really great apartment. Everything you need & more. Tina was very helpful but at the same time letter us "get onwith our holiday" The apartment was better than a home from home and in a great location.

Excellent apartment in a very good building. This is a very well equipped and modern apartment with many amenities and was exactly as described or better. Tina, our host, was always available and responsive. Great location in Exeter just a short walk from the cathedral and shopping district and the central railroad station. This is a great stay and we recommend it without reservation

Lovely apartment

We spent a week in this beautifully appointed apartment which is within walking distance of the Cathedral, Quay, shopping area and train/bus stations. The apartment is comfortable and very well equipped. A welcome pack was a lovely surprise. Would highly recommend as a base for exploring the wider area.

A week in Exeter

Tina is very helpful and provided some excellent provisions to get us started before we visited the food store. The facility is very modern and central. A little bit noisy area at night especially on the weekend. Overall we were happy

Wonderful experience

This is a beautifully furnished apartment in a lovely area just outside the cathedral close. Everything about the apartment, building, and area was fabulous. Tina is a warm and responsive host. She thoughtfully provided a lovely welcoming package of foodstuffs, flowers, and wine. Five stars all around.

First Class Choice

An extremely well-appointed and equipped apartment in a splendid, excellently refurbished and listed ex hospital building and within easy walking distance of central Exeter, the Cathedral, Guildhall, parks etc. Tina is a most attentive and helpful host and provided what was probably the finest welcome pack we have yet come across. You would be hard pushed to do better for a stay in Exeter.

Great apartment and fab host

Spent a week in the apartment and found it an ideal base for exploring Exeter and the surrounding area. The apartment itself is very comfortable and well equipped. All appliances are top quality and it is really well decorated. It was also great to arrive and not have to worry about those initial essentials like bread and milk and added to that Tina had gone the extra mile. So much more was provided to save us sprinting out for a first meal which was really appreciated. Thanks!

Fantastic Stay

We had a wonderful week at Tina's place. Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The location is really great as you are a very short walk to the city centre and about 10 minutes from the Quay. The kitchen is set up with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal if you wanted and the dining area has a beautiful table to enjoy it. The lounge area has extremely comfy sofas and is enjoyable to relax and watch great selection of tv channels after a day out. I highly recommend this place, one of the best we have stayed in. Excellent property and location

Beautiful apartment furnished with everything you could possibly need. Walking distance to restaurants, pubs and shops. Tina was very accommodating and helpful, as well as on sight contact Shaun. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Exeter area. One of the nicest properties we have ever stayed in when traveling.

Perfect Place to Stay in Exeter

Tina was the perfect host to a beauftiful apartment in central Exeter. I couldnt have had a better place to stay, and will be my first choice my future visits. The apartment is clean, spacious and stylish with everything you might need for an overnight or an extended stay.

Stylish central apartment

From the moment I booked to stay at this apartment the communication with the host was great... From collection of keys to checking to see if we were all in ok and if we were satisfied with the apartment. The Apartment is in an ideal location for visiting both the Cathedral and The Quay..great for restaurants, shopping and to generally experience Exeter. The apartment has a top spec for all appliances and the kitchen is fully stocked with an outstanding goodies from the host. The beds were so comfortable and the bath and walk in shower were both a big hit We will definitely be visiting agai

One week holiday break in Exeter

The property was exactly as described and in an excellent location with secure parking. Tina provided an excellent starter pack which meant that we didn’t have to think about shopping on the day we arrived and the apartment was very well equipped
